: *blink* What was that all about? She was just doing what everyone else

what do you think I do? lol.. high school is just an easy way to kill time.. seems either the kids or the teachers are all on
crack.. lol.. don't try to understand anything a high school teacher tells you, because you won't.. because they don't seem to
understand how to do anything besides do the work for you on the dry-eraser board and let you do whatever the hell you want from
there.. but remember to show your work :-) ..so when you cheat, make sure you copy down that part of it too..

: wow, I feel bad for all the pathetic high school and people's lives that you
: guys inhabit. lol. High isn't exactly my favorite place to be, but it's a

: can't WAIT to get out. lol.
Fun if you consider sitting on your ass listening to lectures for hours on end only for that 5 minutes of socializing in between
classes.. then trying to remember what you learned a few years later to no success..
: We have a few immature people and stuff, but every place does. :) We have
: cheerleaders who are valordictorians, we have gym classes where we take
: walks to McDonalds and eat breakfast, we have really kickass french fries,
: and the education is way up there compared to other towns around here in

: really weird block schedule that takes up more time than it does uses it,
: and a bunch of other stuff. But the teachers get paid well, so they teach
: better. :) It's kinda fun, we only make it as bad as we want it to be, and
: besides, you only go through it once, why try to grow up early? :D
:
Being a senior (regretfully, I kick myself for not heading over to the community college after freshman year.. could have graduated
with my high school's diploma after sophmore year.. would have saved a lot of time and b.s. *sigh*) everyone is immature.. walks to
mcdonald's for p.e.? how health-minded.. eduction.. in public high school? what a joke.. you must read the text book and not listen
to your teachers, if your actually learning something.. prom has and always will suck, but it's a big deal at the time, so it'll
always be there.. teachers get paid well? so they don't take as much sick days off.. bah.. as bad as you want it to be? take a look
around.. everything is so dramatic and full of shit.. cheesy.. stupid.. god these people all need to grow up.. we LUCKILY only go
through it once.. much more high school bull shit and i think i'll go insane.. no wonder these kids shoot up their schools.. it's a
waste of time and money.. just send us all straight to college, with a cpl hours the first day to catch us up on the 4 years we
missed (which trust me, will only take a cpl hours)

dump your aw cache.. if it still doesn't show it's because a lot of ISP and servers cache files as well.. so it may take up to a day
or two for it to change, at which you'll have to dump cache again..

This isn't fully related to AW, but I was hoping some of you might be able to help.
Here's what I have:
1ghz AMD K7 T-Bird Processor
Sound Blaster LIVE! Audio Card
nVidia eVGA Video Card, 64 MB
640.0 MB Ram. (yes, 640, wasn't a typo)
MSI K7T Turbo Limited Edition Mother Board
20 GB Western Digital 7200 RPM Hard Drive
WindowsME
My Problem:
A) When Launching Active Worlds version 3.1, the mouse cursor becomes hourglass; busy; and remains that way untill selecting
something at which it returns to normal state, without 3.1 opening. When I Control-Alt-Del, it shows the program 'Aworld' as
active. I have installed, un-installed, and re-installed it numerous times to no avail. Any Ideas on a possible problem would be
greatly appreciated, as it would on the problem below.
B) Not AW Related, but I was hoping to get your input. Whenever launching an audio application, I get an error stating that the
audio driver is already in use, thus not allowing me to have ANY audio. I honestly have no idea what the problem could be, but I
would be very happy if you all could help me resolve both without having to take the system in, thanks.

This is totally unrelated to AW.. but I have to create a magazine for my
creative writing class, and I need some graphics.. i don't want to scan,
copy, and paste ect. to my paper, so i was wondering if any one would do me
a favor and make some graphics, if you can do realistic looking graphics,
mainly of people, and some terrain, e-mail me at jbell1983 at attbi.com Thanks!

i'de rather pay the new rates then pay the old and have to deal with a
rotating-ad banner.. i absoluteley hate banner-ads especially on services
one pays for (any price) the reason most people pay is to get rid of ads.. i
could see maybe tourist accoutns with banner ads..
