you don't run OSes "on top" of others! that isn't possible! but what IS
possible is to run it from inside and get ppl to you that it's not run from
an OS technology which over 20 years old!!!!! It's just that they made it
possible to display high-res gfx, and because of more advanced hardware that

when you hit "Reply Group", a dialog pops up where you can write your
reply... in that dialog you'll see 4 textboxes (News Server, Newsgroups, Cc
and Subject). There's a newsgroup icon in front of the Newsgroup field,
which is the field you can edit to remove extra NGs in a crosspost...

a matter of fact they don't, and their HTML authoring stuff is full of
INVALID stuff that only work in THEIR browsers... The only true best HTML
creation is to use a text editor. Sorry Syntax, but hand-coding beats any
GUI/WYSIWYG editor. I have recently discovered the extreme versatility,
flexibility and power of PHP, which has made me believe you want a dynamic
