best HTML code writer? are you NUTS? MS think THEY set the standards, but as
a matter of fact they don't, and their HTML authoring stuff is full of
INVALID stuff that only work in THEIR browsers... The only true best HTML
creation is to use a text editor. Sorry Syntax, but hand-coding beats any
GUI/WYSIWYG editor. I have recently discovered the extreme versatility,
flexibility and power of PHP, which has made me believe you want a dynamic
webpage, you'll use handcoded PHP and HTML.
