Very promising service! We can use the Multiple ObjectPath feature on it too since it provides Perl and CGI.

In a nutshell:
Programming languages has a "compiler" on the developers machine which translates the high level commands into machine language (bunch of numbers sort of) and the program runs from this machine language form on the target machine all the time.
Scripting languages has a program on the target machine which interprets the high level commands at runtime every time and never translates it to machine language.

Unfortunately if you have an employee - he represents your company whenever he talks in public. There is a very strict rules for an employee what he can and can not tell on a public forum and the employer IS responsible for his/her actions. It is the employers responsibility to keep his/her employees within a well defined range in public relations. The only way she/he can speak about his/her personal opinion if it is EXPLICITLY stated within the message. I did not know that Lone is a member of your staff which probably means he did not use Stuff-X in his signature <or I did not read all of his lonely messages> but such kind of "outspoking" behavior doesn't bring him to the "popular ppl" group here :)

However, my next sound card will probably be a Soundblaster since Aureal is defunct. At any rate, all full-duplex allows is recording AND playback simultaneously; Windows still requires DirectSound apps to play sounds from multiple apps, which is why AW can be running and Media Player 6.4+ can play WAVs, but if you try to play a WAV in Sound Recorder, GoldWave, or Cool Edit, it doesn't work because AW is hogging the wave device and those apps aren't DirectSound capable. Why Windows doesn't just use DirectSound by default for ALL apps instead of that useless MCI is beyond me...

Hi folks,
Since there are more and more COB files within the zip archives - I made some change to the multizip that when you unzip them - you can use the file extension specified within the archive instead of the hardcoded RWX extension.
Please test and scream if it is not working :)

V3.9 Bug Fixes:
- Erroneous settings in the INI file caused the program size/location unchangeable.
- Several saved option flags were NOT restored at restart despite the check marks in the menu list.
- If the user specified a COB file to reduce <why would they?> the program successfully reduced it to a 0 length file. COB files now safe.
- If you want to use the Scale/Shift options be sure the file doesn't have transform commands - the result is unpredictable since the program applies those changes to the
vertices. I'm not planning to fix that bug in the near future.

Actually there were several outages (Europe was cut off too for a while). Maybe Code Red II works again? It still has 3 days before it restarts.

You are mixing apples and oranges. The mentioned AV software is just as good as their signature files. None of them has the StockQuote Bot and none of it detects it's presence.
OTOH ZA deals with the action of the programs and it detects the trojan in action if properly configured. If you allow only the AW ports access for a bot the only way it can leak info is through chat or whisper. No telegrams can sent from a bot and for file transfer or email the bot will be blocked because different ports required to do those actions.
Chris,
If AW Ear wants to access the internet (i.e. leak some data from your puter) ZA will ask you. I see no justified action which requires internet access for AW Ear so just simply block it. So the answer to your question is YES - ZA will PROTECT you despite insanity's comment.
