actually, RE: is an breviation for Reply:, but this whole crap computer is
installed in Norwegian, even the mail reader (not my fault, not mine) and
SV: is for Svar: (Norwegian for reply)

I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! I upgraded to MS Windows ME yesterday on my machine
and now my internet connection won't work! I use single ISDN with a TeleS
Bri/16.3 card, it dails the connection and gets connected to my ISP, but
only one application seems to transfer anything (an ad-thingy, not very
usefull). I'm in desperate need of help, I've ordered ADSL but they haven't
given me information on when they're coming to install the line, it could
take a while :-(( I'm using a machine that I can't use very much right now.

well, I can connect on the SAME line on this computer, running Win 95. Both
are in the same house (mine), on the same line, but I can't use this one
much, and anyway, it stinks

I've ordered it, they want to come home to ppl and put up another box next
to the ISDN one, they haven't been here yet, they're supposed to give me a
CD then, but I'm still on ISDN, with the latest ME drivers from the card
manufacturer

I guess most of you remember my post where I asked for help with ME and my
ISDN connection problems. But I didn't get very much help that actually
worked, I've got the latest ME drivers too, still doesn't work. And I can't
re-install Win98 without deleting the whole Windows directory (or maybe
more), but, off course, I could be wrong, in that case tell me! I'm going
mad because of not being in AW! EEEEEEEK I NEED HELP DAMNIT!!!

I think that I've caught the "trouble-maker" now, just gonna ask the support

just for your information: you right-click the post and click properties.
there's a simple way of finding the ISP's abuse adress, but I like Lanezeri
and I think that because he thinks he's super-computer man that can break
trough the password system of Unix/Linux he shouldn't be reported, he can't
do no damage (except to himself)

uh...you DID use unique names for all the T.T.T. sign? If not, you'll kill
most bots! And that racing bot, was it a self-written one (I've heard that
you make VB bots...)? VB will get overheated by that many changes! Try to
slow down the thing a little, don't have ANY other apps using your
connection other than the AW browser and the racing-bots, if it's own-made
use the fastest there is, C/C++ and don't use a Xelagot X1 bot, use an
AV99Bot instead. Anyway, there are also limits to what the Uni and World
servers can do. Well, you might want to try using these tips before
scrapping any more events :-))

they read their logs...and they scan for ports on your computer...not hard
to tell if somebody's sending an NNTP message...The ISP that I've got now
haven't got any control over my phone-line, they can't stop me from anything
:-)) , but I've ordered a new line now, so I won't use them anymore... Well,
I hope that I won't get probs, cuzz I'll be running a server too, and if I
get trouble I'll just complain, cuzz they never sayd I couldn't host
anything...

Tell J B E L L to buy a line from a provider that accepts it's users to host
servers. I guess that in the US AT&T would truly have some service for that.
Here in Norway the major ISP is divided into two: one for home use and one
for business use.

the cause of death was JKMT President disappearing...all the stuff was
really worryed, we wondered if something could've happened to him...and I
