Facter has been around for a long time....."Can't judge an avatar by his number" :)
Hell, I was around AW long before i got my 115919 cit num. :)

take a chill pill read my post you cannot judge just by the cit number... i was here way before my cit number.... besides Facter does not have to "prove" anything to you....what makes you think he does.....or even owes you an explaination beyond mine...:) I was here in 1995 when AW was just opening...i just never register'd until later on....:)
BTW you just have an earlier cit num.... which means nothing really... i know some people with sub 1000 numbers that did not even know AW existed when WE registered..;)

You said:

ok whatever....sheesh
Read my lips : "CIT number has nothng to do with WHEN you were FIRST in AW and playing around" it only shows WHEN YOU REGISTERED.

LOL AW is falling apart now because of posts in a NewsGroup? lol
Try waking up on the right side of the bed hey?
oh and when you make childish posts, you can expect a few childish responses..;)
keep[ing in mind you started it all off with this statement.....
"LOL you are joking one of the first?? no way!!"
I looked at that as an insult to Facter. Just becuase you do not know him does not mean he has not been around a long time.......;)

> Here we go, point for point... I consider myself "one of the first" but that's counting a lot of firsts. Yes, as a matter of fact citizen numbers are "some indication" of when a person first used AW, but not proof. As a matter of fact, yes posts in a newsgroup can do some pretty serious dammage to the Active Worlds community. Is it falling apart? No faster than it's growing back together, at the moment. Now, it "seems to me" that Facter was around when I first got into Active Worlds, although I'm not certain of that fact and I couldn't tell you weather it was a citizen or a tourist. I'm bad with dates, but I do try. Since I don't seem to have any dated notes in this case, I'm sortof out of luck, but none of this really matters anyway. Optiman was trying to be friendly and it was taked wrong and defended accordingly. Accidents happen.

I totally disagree. They need a good "spanking". Letting their peers know what they are doing will help to curb it. Letting AWI know that you do not appreciate it also helps....and if you tell them(AWI) that AND supply names and numbers to them that will help also. we need to just NOT PUT UP WITH IT ANYMORE. Let them know they are ruining OUR fun time. and it's time for them to take responsibility for their actions. We also need to get rid of the annonimity of this software. "If you don't want US knowing WHO you are then we don't even want you in here" attitude is needed.
My 3 cents worth

You cannot set your world to allow everyone EXCEPT tourists to build, can you?
for instance, you cannot set your world to allow everyone to enter & Build.....and let tourists enter, but NOT build.
I hope this fix is in the form of an "exlude list" and not just a mod to handle tourists.

I'm not part of ANY group sweetie. I am on my own. I just do not like your comments to others. Especially to others that have been around HELPING people for years...only to have you and "yours" come in here bashing them.
I'd like you to explain how this "group" you talk about is "ruining AW"? ok Now your turn...please explain this statement. nothing else just talk about what you meant by this. Inquiring minds wanna know.
