I don't remember, I send like 100 tgrams a day (give or take few =P ), and
it was a long time ago. I haven't sent you a tgram since. where are all these idiots coming from?Dec 20, 2000, 9:04pm
At least AW is getting money, mabey they'll acauly do something with it like
advertising. USWF is comming to a end unless...Dec 28, 2000, 8:40pm
Does USWF really need it's own world though? UTN doesn't and they're one of
the most popular organizations. I can only see the paintball needing it's own world; which brings another issue, why do they need 4 worlds for it? They can conbine it all into 1, except paintball. Question.....Dec 28, 2000, 8:49pm
I own a small organization: CLC
Community Linkage Commision We hook up towns in the south east quadrent, from 1000s and e to 15000s and e, by roads, rails, river, etc. So far we hooked up 3 large towns, and tons of small settlements in the area, dotted all over the SE quadrent. We're nothing big for now, but if it really catches on, I plan on making a webpage, building, and develope it. I'm also looking for managers for the Southwest, Northwest, and Northeast quadrents, as I do everything in the Southeast. - - - SW Comit CLCDec 29, 2000, 5:16pm
Hey, I put this in a thread somewhere else, but I decided to put it in it's
own post. The CLC is the Community Linkage Commision. Currently, we link up towns, settlements, or builds, by roads, rails, rivers, paths, etc. Some of these links go on for kilometers, so it takes some time (but I must say looks very nice on the map, vevo.com). We've currently connected 3 large towns, serveral small towns, and dozens of small settlements, in the southeast quadrent. As of now, we service 1000s and e to 15000s and e. The CLC has kinda been in hiding for the past few months, but I decided to get serious with it now (web page, building HQ, some kinda structured staff). Any suggestions? CLCDec 29, 2000, 6:26pm
There's not webpage now, but I'm working on it right now, I just stopped to
look at the newsgroups just now =) The page will have a huge map, stating the names of locations, and the CLC pathways. It's taking some time to teleport to all these locations and getting some information outa them. CLCDec 30, 2000, 4:18am
ahhhh syn you talk to me everyday, you should know =P
If your talking about the highways running on the equators, we don't go past that area, only the SE quadrent. And we try to stay away from the GZ maplet (that is, all the buildings that fan out like a star from GZ, where towns are very hard to map because the borders are surrounded by buildings). Besides that though, the highways will just be ignored, and the owner will be contacted for help. I know the AWHS owns many highways, and I'd like to talk to Munkuy about assisting the CLC in case we run into it. He's already helped us twice, as I thank him =) Builder question....Dec 29, 2000, 9:08pm
You mean like an object yard? Go to
AW 2057.0S 3731.0E or click below http://objects.activeworlds.com/cgi-bin/teleport.cgi?aw_2057s_3731e_0.0a Wheeere oh where has our AlphaWorld gone?Dec 31, 2000, 3:15am
I think that the AW staff works(?) somewhere else than where the server is,
so they need to drive there. Only guessing though. Question TimeDec 31, 2000, 4:37am
I found the newsgroup about 6 months ago, from the link on Mauz's website.
I have no idea how I found her website though. Acauly mabey I do, since her website is in relation with all the AW pictures (like for doors), I think I stumbled to it, hehe...but now I'm getting sidetracked. Question TimeDec 31, 2000, 5:22am
That works too if you already know what the object is going to look like
before you make it. Question TimeDec 31, 2000, 9:54pm
*rolls eyes* jeeze, calm down, it's not that hard to look over a post...

I hope to get a better server soon. CLC is new organization in AW, refer to the post below, or the web page for more information. Running Active Worlds on a MacJan 4, 2001, 5:21am
You need PC emulation software, which basicly makes the program think your
mac is a PC...so my teacher told me at least. It's about a hundred bucks. [View Quote] About AW 3.1.....Jan 4, 2001, 9:44pm
I already learned them and applied it to my objects, although I can't see
it, I have a general idea of what it will look like =) CLC 4th updateJan 5, 2001, 4:30am
Just a reminder, the new CLC webpage is published! We've connected and
listed 25 places now, and all pages are up and running. You can also find an Alphaworld Poll there, and a random building tip everytime you come to the page. http://comlinkage.tripod.com Texturing on tree01 to tree03Jan 6, 2001, 12:32am
ahhhh mauz just insulted all of us!
mean her =P Syn, I never heard of that problem, just do the pp17 method, as in turning the textured side, 2 objects in one spot, you know... Ignore Last Post PLEASE READ THISJan 5, 2001, 10:58pm
I was mad that they were taking a long time too, but if you really think
about, your beta testers. That's a job. Would you really beta test, and LOOK for bugs, and if you found one, really report it and figure out what's going on? Saying really a lot me =P Would Alphaworld ever wipe?Jan 7, 2001, 2:57pm
That is, would they delete everything in Alphaworld if they came up with a
new feature or something that wouldn't be compatible with the worlds objects, and the only way to add this new feature would be to start over. --==[(/ AWComreg \)]==--Jan 10, 2001, 10:15pm
well, advertising comreg here is kinda pointless, I most of us have good
knowledge of organizations in AW (I think). Seems like the NG has only like a 100 people really, mabey less. --==[(/ AWComreg \)]==--Jan 11, 2001, 4:44am
I know, I just like argueing. lol, j/k =)
AW should advertise the NG more, but more people means more no-gooders, meaning more trash in the NG, but we can always filter =) ahhhh =) me crazy SW City lingo me - - - SW Comit (Signature me) Re: clueless Roland as usualJan 12, 2001, 9:51pm
