after all it is their board. I doubt people's isp servers will have the authority to say what is and is not acceptable on someone else's server. Let's say someone (Fred) hypothetically uses their personal account for things that fall under violation of terms of service with their isp and are forced to use a different service by the isp (like switchover to a business account), then maybe you have a good thing to report Fred.
