It's time to upgrade your card. You can get a nice GeForce2 MX card for
like $60-80. Certianly since Voodoo cards are hardly supported anymore
it would be worthwhile purchase if you're going to continue to use software.

This is not a "feature" of video cards. It's a media playback support.
All video cards should be able to provide ample refresh rates for DVD
unless you're on a 286 or something.

TV support is really rare, but you will find some selection among the cards.

My recommendation is the GeForce type cards. Maybe the Geforce4 TI4200
might be what you'd consider. Or any GeForce4 TI card.

_Usually_, off the shelf PC's do not contain these types of cards. They
go for cheap OEM style products like from trident, or intel.

The users that experiance crashes when running the application might
have a FUBARd txt file (caused by an old beta build). Try copying the
file's contents to another, and if that doesn't work... try deleting the
file completely (of course keeping the teleport data) - then re-entering
the data.

produce a better image quality when all it's doing is aligning electrons
on a screen? Unless it's using some damn sophisticated design that
allows it to take images in and beautify it, you're going to get the
_same_ picture from both.

They both recieve the same data, they're both going to send the same
data out to the monitor to be drawn. My desktop would look the same
under ATI, nVidia, or Trident. Point and case, really.

An OpenGL screen saver burning a graphics card out? Please. Maybe it
happened to a couple of people, lo, it must be a bug in all cards and
not have been fixed yet.
