Yeh, I don't see why they would go down. Only reason other worlds are going
down is because hosting has to stop while transferring to the new server.

Go to dos and copy over OLEAUT32.dll from the Windows CD to
C:\windows\system32
It'll say the file already exists, tell it to overwrite.
This problem is most commonly because you installed a program that
automatically copied over OLEAUT32.dll with it's own version of it so that
the program would work correctly. Chances are that the program will work
correctly with the normal version of OLEAUT32.dll anyway. ;-)

I used what you said and it works exactly like it should. Maybe you should
make sure it's synced and put sync at the end of the thing.
Also, make sure you've put all 3 numbers up there so that the x y and z axis
are up. Put them x and z to 0.
Mar 25, 2002, 3:39am
ok, i found a problem now... try this:
create rotate -0.00139 0 0 sync
I dunno why this works and the other doesn't... but it does so... oh well

Stupid AW!
Ok, the tables part on the left has grown to be really big, filling up about
half my screen. My chat box also got bigger, filling more than half the
screen. This makes for about a 1x3" piece for the AW Video!
How annoying!! I cant get rid of it. Whenever i make the tab box smaller,
the chat gets bigger, and when i change the text box, the tab box gets
bigger. It's so fucked up and it doesn't fix when i reinstall AW!! HELLLPP!

they don't take your e-mail address. In the majority of cases, they take
hardware information. It takes up very very little bandwidth and it doesn't
constantly check it. Just like once during the install or maybe everytime
the program is executed. It is so little, you would never notice it.

Also, browsers that do not accept htaccess information would get by just
fine. Or maybe even a modified IE or something. I think the best way to keep
your stuff safe is to zip everything with a password. I don't know if
textures can be zipped, but it they can, they should be and passworded as
well.

1) Could be, was just guessing.
2) If you use a good password (20+ characters) using random letters and
numbers, the password would take years to crack with just one computer. Of
course, if there were 1,000 computers working on it, it might be done in a
month or two ;-) Too many combinations with 20 characters for any amount of
comptuers to do it in a couple of hours. Do not use real words. There are
special dictionaries made for brute force zip crackers to use.
3) Then it should be suggested. ;-)

ohhh I see. The winzip encryption is based on what's inside the zip file.

(available from AW support web in this case) cracking the 96bit zip
encryption is a matter of minutes dispite of the password length as Eli
Biham and Paul Kocher have demonstrated almost 10 years ago. World owners
should password protect *only* the objects they want to protect, not more
nor less. Btw Cutezip with Twofish128bit is a lot more secure but of course
incompatible with AW, since this is general discussion maybe someone is
interested in using it for other uses.

If I got this right, and I believe I have, the file within a zip is what
determines the password encryption. Therefore, if someone can get the file
of what is inside the zip file, he can figure out what the encryption style
is using a certain program and be able to decrypt the zip file.
Sorry if that sounded confusing :-P Not that it really matters that much,
but SW is right, don't password objects that are freely downloadable
anywhere else, or you password may easily be found out.

*shrug* it's not a virus and it only uses the excess power and bandwidth,
which means you would never notice a thing. Your computer wouldn't run any
slower or any more unstable. It's good marketing. Also, if you read the
article, you'll notice that it hasn't started to be used yet. When it
starts, there will be a place in the settings to allow your computer to do
this or not. I assume they'll give you special privelages for doing it
otherwise noone would. Also, people who don't know about this will have it
on by default. It's very good marketing and a good use for their program.
It's perfectly legal. At least that part is, I'm not sure about the file
sharing laws that exist on that portion of the program :-P
I suggest winMX to all of you who are leaving Kazaa though.
www.winmx.com
It's not nearly as pretty as the kazaa software, but it's certainly useful,
has more features, and doesn't lag as much on slower computers.

More thought and education has to be put into these story lines. I suppose
it doesn't matter to most cause most people are too stupid to realize the
extreme error in there. They're too dumb. But stations like BBC need to quit
teaching people wrong stuff. Now everyone's going to be online getting pissy
about it because their stupid drama show said it's illegal :-P

go to www.host.sk
I know it's not in English, but you can tell at the top which button means
register. Click that one and then there's english translations for the form.
They allow PHP and a ton of other crap. Very nice host considering it's
free. No banners iether!
