Whatever agreements you had with defiance were none of my affiars, I told
you that in the first place. I did not offer to sell you any textures
either, you came to me complaining about it.
All i said to you was if (mind you) IF you wanted to donate to us to help
keep A!!CT going financially I would offer you our OP as a THANK YOU. I
never had those star trek textures to give you in the first place. they were
not on my OP because back then I had no OP to put them on, nor did i have
copies of them on my computer to share with you. It was not until a month
after that that I bought my own webserver. Even Tengel can vouge for me on
that, he was the one who suggested the webserver I have now and knows when I
purchased it.
Lastly Ill say it again, WE DO NOT OFFER ANY MATERIALS AS PART OF THE DEAL,
WE CHARGE FOR BAND-WIDTH FEES ONLY! We can rmove whatever any body wants
off the path...but Ill be damned if im gonna supply any world with 17.68 Gb
of band-width for nothing!

clearly displayed there that we do not offer any materials as part of the
fees, the objects are free, but the purchased objects are passworded and
protected against theft so no one can freely download them without going to
the person who sold them to us. Some objects are passworded some are not,
but the reason most of it is is to prevet unwanted free use of our
band-width.
For the rest of you, the measly 100.00 we've made so far went to our
webhoster for band-width usage and to Paul and Ivey to help keep their
citizenships active, which is why they sell objects in the first place.
A!!CT world got nothing out of what was left of that money nor did I.
So stop crying over someone trying to help other people out in AW, because
believe me, I made nothing off this deal and never intended to. Your
doantion ferruccio was to help us make AW a better place to come to. So what
if I added more land to A!!CT with the money you donated, you know who that
money would have gone to? ActiveWorlds Corp.

But No where in that statement does it specifie WHAT Objects we are refering
to, we have objects and textures that are licensed to us, we have objects
and textures that were created by us. No where on this site does it say "Our
path is the best because it has 'such and such' objects" And we have a right
to say OUR models and textures because we infact know how to use Truespace
and photoshop 7 to make our OWN stuff.
I say we here because there are several of us who have contributed to stock
this path with materials and most of those who have have no problems with
us, because they know all our path is about is a way for us to finance A!!CT
and the other worlds that are associated with it.
I put A!!CT here for you all to use, its not a private world and its not
cheap! But what we have here is a bunch of jealious kids who have nothing
better in mind but looking for ways to shut A!!CT down, were not stupid
enough to let them hack it, so they find other ways to attemp to shut it
down.
But you know what ? It's not me that they are shutting down, in the long run
it's AW.
Think about it, if I do not have the money to renew A!!CT in December 2003,
it goes bye bye and think of the revenue AW Corp loses when it exspires.
Then once they run me out of AW, who will they slander next? Think about it,
A!!CT is a popular world, many are jealious of this. I realise AW Corp gets
these attacks all the time and it comes from being in the spot light. But
basically this is what this is all about and why its being said against us.
One last thing folks, I am not here in AW to make a profit, please trust me
on this, I know I am a pain at times, but any income I generate from this
program ends up going to either a modeler who is trying to keep their
citizenships paid for by selling their models or Activeworlds.corp

The part that is not being exspressed here is the origional agreement was
NOT between ferruccio and I. He telegrammed me complaining that a texture
set was offered to him at a stated amount of cash off of a path that was not
mine. When I became aware that the path was the one A!!CT was using, I asked
the path owner if he would agree to share those items with ferruccio if he
agreed to donate to me money that I would use to upgrade the land size in
A!!CT. The qoute of $160.00 was never made by me, nor was any quote ever
made by me. Ferruccio stated to me what he was offered the set for and
rambled on about that amount. All I ever said to him is "Well if you want to
donate to A!!CT, I will speak to the path owner and tell him you donated to
us and if he could just share the files he poesses as a way of saying
thanks for donating to help keep A!!CT World going.
I never quoted any $ amounts ever, it was ferrruccio who kept mentioning a
quote of $160.00 during my discussion of this with him. I'm being held
accountable here for a statement that... No.1)I was not a wittness to.
No.2) A quote I never made to Ferruccio.
Ferruccio chosed to be thick headed and chosed to slander me when I'm not
the one who offered him anything in the first place. You cant hold me
accountable if my path hoster offers you a deal you find to be out-ragious!

Here is the telegrams I sent to you Paul in response to your telegrams and
this post.
hi paul i can understand your being upset and no I did not see your post as
i have recently reformatted my hard drive and lost my old newsreader posts.
But if it's the one i made called "lets get this straight right now" I
clearly stated in that post that No1. All the models on A!!CT path are
passworded. No2 That we use a PHP script which allows multible setups so
objects that work in A!!CT do not work in other worlds not owned by me.
www.a1ct.com is my path, www.starfleet-ufp.com is the main path wihich is
used for other world owners if any. As I tried to exsplain in my post is
that we offer that path as a way of making money to buy new objects for our
A!!CT path. if you visit even all the worlds owned by us, you will see
multible folders in your cache folder for each world indicating that each
world has its own path and a diierent avatars list even. The disclaimer is
to cover us for objects that are freely available to the general public that
we are not selling those objects. ...and that they are not the product we
are offering, in a since the publicly available objects are not for sale and
not part of the agreement and therefore are free such as they are freely
available elsewhere, we have to pay for band-width usage, the more downloads
we exsperience the more we pay to our hosts, if we provide a path to someone
and they use up our band-width, we have to pay those fees, so we charge for
that allotment plus charge a little more to help us make a small profit to
help support other causes. We have not made hardly anything off this service
and what we had left after paying a one months hosting fee to our host, I
bought modles off of you for A!!CT world's path, with what was left. Sorry
for the misunderstanding, but you see that's exactly what these kids were
trying to do, start trouble for us and shut us down. If you have any

loads there, but not load in another world.
Before you play COPs and Robbers, you'd better do a little research about
how paths and php? scripts work and also realise some of us do aquire
licenses that permit us legal use of materials from the copy-right holders.

Well I figure one reason they did it is so people will not know who was
rejected as a candiadte and who was accepted. I'm sure Cal has already
gotten tons of complaints from people who were not accepted because for a
short time we were alble to see who was able to post to the Beta newsgroups.
I look at this way...if we were not accepted, there has to be an obvious
reason...we sucked as Beta testers! LOL

Be advised your OP passwords are at risk, details are sketchy.... unclear,
but I am warning you all your OP passwords have been sacrified. I would
rather not reveal my sources of information or point fingers till more
evidence is reviewed or reveal what I know about how it was done, but heed
my warning change your OP passwords ASAP.
If you all think this is posted as a hoax guess again, most you probably
already know A!!CT's OP password because it has been spread thru-out AWTeen
and our password had the maxium charicters allowed so if our OP Password was
cracked so was most in AW.

One last thing, I think AW should also hide the password of Object paths to
everyone but those who have CT rights. At present I can go to any world and
see the exact number of ***** in a password. I can also tell you most OP
passwords I've seen, consist of 5 characters (very easy to crack when the
cracker knows how many characters to start with). Whats worse is a program
that can change all those ********* to their actual letters and
charactersand they are out there and are a risk with the way AW displays the
*'s to everyone who goes to any world and views the world's features dialog.
As much as you people hate me here in AW, this time you have to stop and
listen and realize some people are also using AW proxies and newer versions
of AWHack!

and we have the right to prosecute.

Well it's worthless now, because we changed the password and rezipped the
entire path, I'm not sure who told you the password, but the fact is it was
not known by anyone other than starfleet and myself, so anyone else who knew
it, got it by means of cracking it. It all comes down to the same thing,
it's called "theft of services"

As I stated I have chat logs, and John admits he knew the password, if John
was any kind of decent memeber of AW as far as the program goes, he would
have told me rather than laugh about it.
Look, I know I'm not like by most that call AWTeen home and I do not exspect
everyone to like me and as much as I am seen as a cronic complainer, I have
helped AW alot as far as the program goes. I only ask you as a community
here to cut me some slack and work with me not against me. Yes I know thats

A1CT Builder had the same problem, see his post below called
"Truespace-accutrans errors in AW", what he did was renamed the rwx....
rezipped and whoo-la, the errors in the aw chat screen were gone and the
model loaded.

I heard you can rebuild lets say a world's GZ buy using the cache. Ok which
file contains this data, it need the name of it and which extension it is
like .idx or .dat and what program is it that is best fro rebuilding it into
a world?

Yeah I have an old PC I have not had in AW for some time and it has an old
cache of A!!CT world from 2001. Anyway I saved the 'property A!!CT folder'
which had the cell.dat and cell.idx files in it and I sent them to starfleet
who says they are empty, which is strange because if I log into AW and and
run it in stand alone mode, I can walk around in the GZ area and see what
was here. Of course I believe the browser is AW 3.2 and also because the
hard drive is (LOL) a 560 Mb drive I used disk compression using DriveSpace
3 (since its OS is win 98) so I'm not sure if any of that has anything to do
with it.
But I was hoping to salvage an old propdump of my world from way back
when....

Yes, Maki I read your awnews and its very opinionated dont you think? I read
it because I know your opinion of me and that yes Id be your first victum,
funny how your opinion in your unsigned artical states that I buy & bribe
my supporters So what I used a cit for loan program. You know about what you
write about, the citizensships I still support such as Pineriver, are very
much involved will all aspects of AW, not just A!!CT World, Pineriver has
pretty much been involved with the CYs, CTV and AWTeen, so no one is held
capive like your artical states. Then you hate tourists so much and this
artical which was written by you and not signed by you clearly shows that.
Anyone who supports you is supporting a dying program.
You speak about me wanting things for my time and money, little do you or
your little news kiddies know what I know about AWI catering to certain
worlds around here and certain people. I can say what worlds are freebies
from AWI and who got these free worlds from AWI, but I wont waste my time,
but those people will never admit the truth even if you asked. Why not do an
artical about how MrBruce pays out $1000.00 to help AWI and he knows damned
well about the favortism here that gives people universe announcements to
their private worlds. Or how certain worlds around here that are privately
owned (that generate less activity in AW) are infact non-exspiring worlds
that AWI renews every year free of charge.
Your artical is also biggeted and bias to the sense that no-where in it does
it state any tourists that were convinced to become paying citizens because
of me or A!!CT, your artical clearly states in your own writting, that all
tourists that have become citizens, use citizenships owned by me and that
our program has created a bunch of lazy freeloading tourists.
No-where in your artical is there any mention that 169 known tourists have
immigrated to citizenship with their own money because of A!!CT. 169 x 6.95
a month adds up to alot of change AWI gets from A!!CT being what it tries to
be. I am not saying my world is the only reason anyone signs up for a
citizenship, but I do know those 169 were conviced by me so i will take
credit for them being here today as citizens. Its opinions like yours that
makes our numbers so low, because when tourists venture out of A!!CT to
exsplore other worlds, they are greeted by anti tourist peopel like you and
they come back to me and say Im not paying 6.95 a month for this crap to be
treated like that and they leave.
Tell me and the community Maki what have YOU done to influence one person to
immigrate besides telling them in uncertain terms that you hate them? If I

People keep wondering is it yes or no, well here my final answer yes it
will.
With 15 days left to my citizenship and 15 days left to A!!CT.
I have gotten nothing but negative opinions in here ever since I opened
A!!CT with Heartfall.
I will stay off InSaNiTy's case here, but I gained alot of un-needed hatred
here, just because I hosted with Heartfall.
Heartfall was gone and yet again the hatred flows because I trusted a KID,
OK DUH stupid me!
I have been here 4 years now and I never seen more hated until I owned a
world bigger than a P-50.
I can not express the hatered I have recieved here even before the credit
card issue took place last Febuary, but you know what, the kid was wrong for
doing it, but at least give him credit for caring and trying, I sure did!!!
All this world owning has been about is jealousy "Hey A!!CT has 20 people my
world has 2" or "My world is better then your world" blues.Its like all
world owning is all about is who tops the list.
Now that A!!CT world has risen up to the AW owned worlds on the worlds list,
some ass runs around saying were using artificail means to raise it up to
the top!
Why would I want to block others from entering A!!CT just to have a world
full of artificial people? Im not even sure how to do that. I only have two
computers that can access the internet at one time, so most I can run is
two! Thats hardly going to fill up a 25 user world!
I've been the victum of your abuse long enough here from all of you.
I'm not posting to look for pitty, I do not want any pitty or support from
any of you!
The A!!CT dream is over.
The nightmare is over.
I am posting, so you can all be relieved, you have my answer now, go with

I wish I could say I hate you all like you hate me, but I hate no one.
