Yeah and I'm in college... I don't exactly have the money to rent myself an apartment
yet. You're still in school too last I checked, and you told me both your brothers
were in College as well.

I don't get spending money from my parents, which is what "living off of" is used
for. The only thing they provided me was a college education, food, and shelter.

Geforce4 TI4200 for about 140$... The best graphics card you can get for under $150.
I think there are only 2 Radeon's that beat it in performance. But they certainly
don't match for price.
