Ocean City, A small but quality City in AlphaWorld is looking to get a
Revamp... This meaning we want to get back into action, get a Board Team,
and basically, be an even better City.
These are the things, in order, I think OceanCity should get done first;
Create Board Team - Building Team, Admin Team etc etc etc...
New GZ - Fresh, new & Informative...
New Places - New 'estates' to build, better building system, etc...
