Mozilla, and it works fine for me. I used to have that problem with
EVERYTHING Java though... once I completely removed and then reinstalled Sun Java I had no problem. [View Quote] > What are you using for a browser? > [View Quote] info you find when bored..Sep 21, 2004, 10:17pm
Well it makes no difference to us... AWC, the ones with the AWLD stock
quote, has nothing to do with AWI or AW anymore. [View Quote] info you find when bored..Sep 21, 2004, 10:32pm
Um, no...
I think you'll find that: AWI: Owns the Active Worlds Universe AWC: Is the company on the stock market as AWLD [View Quote] > i think you got it backwards :) read the awnews.com article again [View Quote] info you find when bored..Sep 22, 2004, 1:45pm
However, it's interesting to see that the shell of AWC is now trying to
make something of itself. We should all hope that the shareholders in AWC make a profit - after all, without them, we wouldn't have AW today. [View Quote] info you find when bored..Sep 22, 2004, 6:06pm

For now, you can use this listing from February: http://rb.vwtv.org/awdir/index.html The new objects, textures and masks are contained in a separate list. The link to that is in the "Note" part at the bottom. Events confirmed so far....Sep 25, 2004, 3:07pm
No, that's because they actually did delete webcam32 and webcam321.
If you go to http://objects.activeworlds.com/aw/ it says Directory Listing Denied. [View Quote] Someone's theory on the .. well just look at it.Sep 25, 2004, 11:30pm
OMG NO. I made the hurricane, and the reason WASN'T because those states

Yes, they obviously deleted the AlphaWorld OP on purpose. They decided
to do it at their last staff meeting. I think it was a very sound business decision, actually, no matter what you think. So there. [View Quote] AWI.......Sep 28, 2004, 6:33pm

Hello. rb.vwtv.org is my subdomain on the vwtv.org server, so all
content there belongs to me. Perhaps it is time to come clean :¬/ I guess when the people of AWRPG took my newest parody site seriously, I just couldn't resist watching to see what happened. You may remember http://rb.vwtv.org/mandeye. None of that is, of course, my actual opinion. Neither is http://rb.vwtv.org/awrpg. My site did not produce the "hacker" or "script kiddie" that attacked the AWRPG forums. This was a separate event actually, and it occurred as I was finishing my site, hence the news update. No, for all you people who have been held in suspense, there will be no Case Studies. Sorry. "In ending this post, I would like to challenge the author of this absurd website to show me any factual information that actually can lead to the redicioulus conclusions you have come to?" That's the point of the parody - there IS no factual information. Seriously, I thought the little horns and "I SOLD MY SOUL TO SATAN FOR 2000 GP!!" would be enough to convince people of the non-serious nature of the site. [View Quote] VWTV and their so called "factual information"Sep 28, 2004, 6:12pm
You seem to think the opinions expressed within the site are my own.
The parody is an attack on such people who WOULD call things like AWRPG satanic. I LUV MANDEYE was not a (direct) attack on Seiya Faye but an attack on those who would still believe Seiya after so many lies. As for calling you a devil worshipper, etc etc etc, the new disclaimer on the site's logo should deal with that issue. [View Quote] > well, joke or not, I take offense to being called a devil worshipper, and > I'm not saying that you or yours did the recent hacking, but in the past > well known hackers were known to frequent that world what I am saying is > that if anyone within the organization there wants to be taken seriously > then act seriously, and don't pull pranks that make you look uninformed and > host them on the server of what you represent to be a source of quality > information. It would also allow for greater object innovation, reducing public
demand for more objects. [View Quote] > Hi everyone: > [View Quote] Alphaworld Wishlist ThreadSep 29, 2004, 1:55pm
I dunno if that's really AlphaWorld's sort of thing.

Well, for starters, at Alpha World Historical Society's Old Timers' day,
ENZO confirmed that AWI are going to be working on vehicles as a browser feature. [View Quote] > Why not? > What's Up With ABN-TVSep 29, 2004, 1:59pm
ABN has been essentally dead for a long long time. A while ago they
resurfaced in a third(?) incarnation but they were basically just messing about, rather than letting their world and recordings go to waste they had fun in it and played their old recordings. I think this may be a more general problem with the latest version of AW
actually. Recently I built something and I had more serious alignment problems than ever before.
