I believe it was either the second or the third...

By the way, the "clock maniacs" are the Clock Crew, they come from
Newgrounds. As far as I've heard they are mainly annoying but it seems
to vary accross a wide spectrum from there being entirely nice and
sensible ones to there being downright insane ones.

Sorry Strike, not anymore. Someone patented the idea of tracking an IP
address to a geographical location. (I'm serious.)

Although it is just an American patent so it probably doesn't apply
here. And it probably only applies to the creation of automatic programs
that do the job.

Still a stupid thing to be able to patent, like so many electronic
patents. The trouble is, since the patent office don't understand
computers and programming you can get anything computery to sound like
an original idea to them.

Obviously you seem to care very much since you started political threads
with BIG CAPITAL LETTERS. The trouble is most people in the community
newsgroup DON'T, and the ones that do either realise that the community
newsgroup is not the place for it, or have issue with the way in which
you present your opinions.

As I said, memorial sites, like birthday sites, are usually squares of
open unclaimed land, devided into segments by the builder of the site.
They are usually free for anyone to build on, because having the owner
come out to give lots all the time can get tedious. Therefore they would
be open to vandalism by anyone. However, in the case of a memorial,
they're counting on nobody being SICK ENOUGH to vandalise.

I do have personal experience of memorial and birthday sites. I *never*
claimed that I had experience of this one in particular. I was just
informing the reading public that it might have been one where it was

Wow. Does it matter how true this is? In this newsgroup it's *political
bullshit*. Is it true? Is it false? I do care, but not while I'm reading
this newsgroup. Try some political newgroup on Usenet. I must say
though, your posts seem to reflect emotion rather than fact. If this
were a political newsgroup I would voice my opinion on the matter, but
unfortunately, that would be off topic, so I can't.
