erm. possably some way like clicking on a object puts u ingot "flash mode"
where the keys are dedicated to the flash object, untill u click off, like
mouse movement mode

Hey everyone :) I kinda had nothing 2 do 1 night so I created a small
program to create astart/astop/adone commands automatically with more of a
object orientated approach. Ive attached my FireStorm Systems - Adone
Controller. For those of you who don't know how to use the commands (I
didn't upto a few days ago, then I wrote this to help me). This is easy to
understand and work with :) Its a very small EXE, scanned with every virus
scanner ive got, so its fine :D

nope, its part of the common controls, hundreds and hundreds of applications
use that OCX, anything VB with color formatted text I think.. anyway, the
OCX should be available on Downloads.com :) or in the XP service pack, but
chances are yours has been deleted, as all mine were on at installation.

The source of the codes has been destroyed - Anyone found using the PW's
without the owners permission will have the owner and AWC to answer to!

Once again - Change your PW's now - I cannot reviel who is on the list, the

On 30th March, 2002 - I saw though my MSN that the user Dark Mod had placed
a line of text after his username quating a URL and text saying crack this
zip to get __ OP passwords.

I downloaded the file and asked Mod what it was, he said it was 10 character
password that was a common phrase of his.

I contacted InSaNiTy when Mod told me WCOL was also included.

I set my computers to smart search overnight and in the morning I found that
the PW had still not been broken. This morning i was talking to a friend who
cracked the ZIP Password and gave it me a few seconds byfore my scan
reveieled it to me also.

I found inside a set of passwords, which i asked the owner of several of the
OP's if the password was correct. It was confirmed the PW I had told the
owner was correct.

I then posted on all NGs on both Andras's and AWC's server about the problem
and informed everyone in various GZ that their OP PW's had been compromised.

I do not at this time have any knowledge about how the PW's have been gotten
as all i see is *'s, even with CT.

Now u know how i know, You must realise how important this is and change
your object path passwords. I will not disclose the worlds, thats upto AWC
to do. But it is a safest everyones OP Passwords are changed.

No, it is essential everyone who could possably have OP knows. I have
posted in every NG on both main AW type servers. As you know by now (i hope)
the passwords are confirmed as compromised and it is essential that
everyones knows so they can change them. So unless u have AWLD #1 rights and

Putting it simply, if someone knows the protocal uve got a problem.

True, from what i know u can easily kill the PW on ZIP files... short of
inventing a new type of compression protocal speccialy for aw objects a
always changing protocall might help.

well if your not running the bot your talking a direct IP connection bot
network linked to yourself and to the host.. which just made it go up from
about 1 line of code to............ about 200, unless you do a whole lotta
hooking stuff and read the text in the browser (difficult)

We have bots and such, but we have no way with interfacing with the browser
directly.. Could roland or 1 of da other programers at AWC pleaseee try and
make a feature where you can add direcft addons that we can program (VB /
C++ ?). It will bring about a new era if we can make addons. You could have
things like direct browser linkups and games, special windows etc. Stuff
walking, someone could program something to give you a heads up display and
let you fly about :D

You could even let people develop a speaking program. I know that there is a
tonne of API programming stuff to let you get text and such, but how about a
real plugin adapter, straight into the browser with all the bot functions
like citnum and propdump (in worlds where its allowed by the CT). I cant
think of ANYTHING that would bring about such revolution in AW (short of AWC
advertising, but thats nevva gonna happen)

So, if its possable, can we please have it as soon as you think its
possable? It would be great.. ^_^

Yes, but It would cause things to be allot slower doing things the way your
thinking about wouldent it? Whereas a straight forward SDK would be able to
accomplish allot.... The script kiddies will have to be kept at bay for the
good of Avatar kind.

I feel we cant develop more without some way to directly interface with the
browser itself. But include ppw acess blocking and such..
