I received this telegram today:

Telegram from Builderz, sent 2 minutes ago:
The most recent modifications you have made to your Commonwealth website
still, in my opinion, do not meet my original request of having the
infringing material removed. I am going to contact the abuse department of
DomainValet and see what they have to

Telegram from Builderz, sent 3 minutes ago:
say about the matter.

Please builderz get a grip! In order for the site to be copyright
infringment everything would have to be the same. And its not. Builderz I
ask you to withdraw your complaints in this stupid "flaming session". The
modifications were changed and now you won't even talk to me. If your not
going to talk then I can't do anything. If you wish to sought this problem
out properly then please, I urge you to get in touch with me.

I would like to apoliglise on behalf of Builderz and I's actions and this
complete stupid "show". Check out:-

so once again I`m sorry that this has been involved within this newsgroup.

May I ask what OTT is?

They ARE the same, same layout!
Copyrights are copyrights, and StuffX/Stuff-X is legally registered. My
best advice to you is change quick or prepare for a lawsuit from
Builderz.. as he already stated.

It seems you forgot to quote the other telegram I sent to you just after
this one. I said something to the effect of: "What else is there to talk
about? Send me an e-mail at sawran at yahoo.com." Who said I "won't talk to
you?" I have tried my best to not make this into a flame war, but this
most recent post seems to make it even more of one. I have asked you
twice now to make modifications to the website, and in my view, it still
seems that there are some infringing areas that remain on your site. If
you did not infringe upon my copyright, then what do you have to worry
about if I contact your website hosting provider/company? I highly
suggest you read "Copyright Registration for Derivative Works" located
at http://www.loc.gov/copyright/circs/circ14.pdf.

Over The Top . . . . . .

Just some on the slang in England also with: Nappies, Pavements, Troussers,
Bin, Rubbish, Fresh Orange Juice, Bacon Buttie, Chip Buttie.

Try and guess what they are ( No english people reply because I want to see
if the americans know what I`m on about )

I don't care !
Ive changed enough already for Builderz and I can't be bothered doing any
more because if he does sue me then he is justing wasting money ( a heck of
alot of money ) to get some kind of personnel revenge.

I`m starting to wonder when AW are going to collapse this thread lol

Builderz is RIGHT to contact the server if his work has been used without
authorization PERIOD! All hosts will immediately halt a site while
investigating infringement. There is an Internet copyright act out there to
protect hard working people from those who have not yet learned that the sites
and web designs on the net ARE NOT FREE to copy! Go to FREE Sites for Free
stuff and not private pages. The copyright mark DOES NOT need to be on a page
to mean that it is protected. CONSIDER ALL WORK COPYRIGHTED because it is by
LAW. ONLY FREE sites offer FREE pages and graphics. Life is better fro all
when laws are followed that protect us all. One day you may work hard and then
want that work protected!

Builderz goto news://rec.games.mud.misc as if there is an Aristole there and
ask him for advice on how to handle rip off sites.

He does this on a regular basis cause some twinks keep posting excepts from
his site and his mud and everytime they put up a site its down again faster
than you can blink.
