ok WHY is aw STILL on beta? 3.1 has been
released.... i finally got my dad to get me a
world... if aw keeps doing this i wont know what
my world looks like the the new browser... im
beginning to question the wiseness of buying a
world when im not on beta

3.1 was released, as you *correctly* know. The beta people are now
testing new versions that may correct some lingering bugs, such as
*cough*theworldslist*cough*. There is no real significant difference
between 370 and 373 that would make 373 look different to 370.

Go on and buy your world :)

well what concerns me is what they will do in later versions... if they
DO do another closed beta im gonna have to have my bot eject people who
have the beta browser...

Thats not good...what if your world contained a major bug in the new browser
that could be fixed but if all the testers were ejected then we couldn't see
the bug and we'd have a browser released with a huge bug in it because you
ejected the testers.

I concur with Captain Mad Mike.. If you were the only world with a huge
big bug in the new browser, nobody could get to fix it because you keep
ejecting the testers! Why does it matter, anyhow? They don't plan to do
anything major, i.e that will change the look of your world.

Yeah, just increase framerates and (I think) add OGL. Ejecting all beta testers would be frowned on and cause people like me to come
in and seriously vandalize your world

well right now i have the bot notifying people who enter... once i get the
bot hosted (if i ever do) ill make it so i can disable it when there are no
new big features, BUT if i had a world when aw was doing 3.1 do you realize
how different it would look to someone not on beta...?

Um? It wouldn't unless you were on beta :)
3.0 and 3.1 display everything the same with the exception of light. If you're not into people seeing things ever so slightly
different, eject all the people still running 2.2, they see a HELLUVA lot different than people running a slightly faster version of
3.1 with another notch added onto the first decimal.
