How about the same price for all worlds no matter which size or how many
max. users it allows; I doubt it makes a difference.
Maybe set the monthly bandwidth limit for each world if you have such
control.

WHY IS THE SITE IN ALL CAPS? IT MAKES IT SEEM LIKE YOU ARE SHOUTING.
Also, you say your path is "98% error free" -- so what/where are the
other 2% of errors?

It's not in all caps, it's just the font they're using.

Unencrypt it with one of OE's encryption thingies. I think it's the one
that shifts all letters 13 spaces or whatnot.

It was ROT-13 encrypted. It says this:
"How about the same price for all worlds no matter which size or how
many max. users it allows; I doubt it makes a difference.
Maybe set the monthly bandwidth limit for each world if you have such
control."
Which is the exact same thing Anduin's post says.

I didn't bother to look at the HTML source. Upon further inspection, it
looks like the page uses Arial with the "small caps" setting. Still,
caps is caps and netiquette equates it to shouting.

No, I was correct. ROT13 is an encryption. Although it defeats the
purpose, to encrypt with a widely known encryption.

Who said anything about HTML source? Look at the beginning of the
sentences, the capital letter is slightly larger than the rest.

Well, with my screen resolution, eyeballs, and looking at the page in
Mozilla and IE, I do see that they are bit bigger in the beginning. The
source just confirms that the page is using the small caps format.

True but theres more work involved in that than you think, sure a small path
of 200 specially selected models would work for anyone. I think we would be
willing to work out deals for smaller less populated worlds. We tried one of
the webhost10.00 a month deals and we crashed their server (LMAO) the first
month we used it from too many hits. Alot of those deals are you share a
server with 300 other people, if your drawing to much off their servers and
you crash it, you along with 299 other websites drop out off the web at
once.
Dedicated servers are much less prone to crash because your the only one its
assigned to and costs way more then $10.00 a month for a shared server.
A1CT Path services uses a dedicated server.

Only cheap bad hosting sticks 30 people on a server. Even then, the amount
of bandwidth (say, 90GB/month), shouldn't crash the machines unless they're
running Apache .0000001alpha, on a 33MHz machine, connected to a cable modem
using a frayed ethernet cable...

It was never actually intended to be an encryption algorithm.. one obvious
clue to that being that you don't need a password to decode it, and there
is nowhere to put a password if you wanted one anyway.
ROT-13 encoding is just a way to pack as much data as possible
into the 7 bit character set. This was a desirable feature back in the
old days.
ROT-13 encoders therefore got built into a lot of mail and newsgroup
programs so people could post binary data via 7 bit transport
mechanisms.
In theory, if you really wanted to post images in this newsgroup, you
wold post them in ROT-13 so those real keeners who we all know
and love and who post a lot here can read them with their text
browsers and appreciate the lovely colors they will be able to
imagine.
