I think AW should have their own democracy. I don't like seeing one man and
lady teams doing almost everything. I think it's wrong. I sure don't have
all the answers, but I'm going to send out as many telegrams as I can to try
to gather some people up to draw up something on voting, elections, whatever
it is that the people want and think is fair for them and AW.

Investors, please cheer for that. : )

The Lady, one problem with this... AW IS A COMPANY... WHATEVER YOU DO WILL
NOT AFFECT THEM..

uh huh..and what exactly would this democracy do? AWI listens to the
community far more than many other programs do. Just look at the wishlist
newsgroup. Having a democracy is kinda pointless when there's no need for
one. Instead of creating a new "government" because you dont think your
ideas are being heard, try making your ideas more known and gain support for
them. I really see no need for something like this when there are numerous
support email addresses to which you can directly contact AWI yourself.

Hi everyone:

[View Quote] TheLady.....Somehow I think YOU seem to think there's NO difference between
VIRTUAL REALITY and REAL LIFE. In Virtual Reality, we may do things so
ordinary that they coould be construed as being real such as setting up TV
stations and starting a virtual economy, but at least SOME of us know WHEN
to TURN THE SWITCH OFF!!!

Somehow, I don't think you know how to do this.

Sure we could hold elections, but what for? Besides, when we want to vote
on something, it's usually for something like the Cy Awards. There's
usually guidelines for this posted in this newsgroup as well as AWEC world.
We have never.....REPEAT.....NEVER held an election to vote for someone to
run the company as our vote is WORTHLESS to THE COMPANY who runs the servers
(and pays the bills for them!) neccessary to KEEP THEM IN BUSINESS!!! Sure,
they ask for community input (albeit rarely, but it does happen), but that
IN NO WAY gives us the right to say that WE are in charge of the company.

I say this because your "logic" has but one flaw....

E N Z O has the option of simply closing the company doors simply by locking
the doors when he leaves and never coming back. This is just as powerful
and effective as Captain Picard or Captain Janeway activating their ships'
Auto-Destruct sequence when enemy or other unknown hostile forces take
control of the Enterprise or Voyager in the world of Star Trek and Picard or
Janeway can't regain control.

It's as simple as that.

Long and short of it being this....The Lady....You OBVIOUSLY have some
SERIOUS mental issues. Why don't you do what Traci Lords recently did and
GET OUT of the State of Denial you're in and ADDRESS your issues by GETTING
HELP??? Who knows, maybe you could write a book about it and become a
famous author like Traci has.

Then again....This might be just a *bit* too much to ask of you....

Just my opinion....

Cheers for now everyone ELSE.... :-)

Why not just work as a team regardless of SEX, race, religion, etc lol.
I do not see anything wrong with teams of the same or opposite, especially
when a leader is involved. Many great Lady Leaders out there in responsible
positions :)...ie Mountain Myst, MIKsam, Lara, Capaboo, Mauz, AlphaBit
Phalpha...oh and Lucrezia Borgia for a great example. Lady Teams? There lot
of ladies involved if you look around :) Thank You Ladies :) Not sure what
team you are on maybe time to find another!

where she is......shoot I be all day doing this.
What i'm trying to say is if you think teams are run by a male, look who
runs the org :)

Leadership is something we have to respect as a "team effort of a group"
regardless!
You will have to just see one day how much work a leader puts forth its
team.
It's hard work and the most reason I got out of it was just tired. What you
see in chat and rumors may not be the situation behind the scenes. Please
respect the Leadership regardless!
Thanks,
Weebo

To block someone in Outlook express just open the mesage, go to message,
block sender. Easy as that.

So everyone, either block the lady or ignore her. Replying to her makes no
sense at all. It's like arguing with a bot.. or a wall, or a small bearcat
of some sort. Maybe she sometimes pretends to have the mental processes to
understand language and communication, but I think by now she's proven she
that below the surface she is nothing but a swirling vortex of lunacy, a
black hole of reason and thought.

I've had her on block for quite some time now. I thought it would decrese
the amount of junk posts on the NG's, but now I'm simply reading everyone's
replies. How many months or years have we been telling her to shut up? She
won't, she won't even make a reasonable reply to anything you say to her.
So give it up. Block her or ignore her, but stop embarasing your selves
trying to reason with her or threaten her, her brain doesn't work on such a
level to understand the general ideas you are trying to communicate to her.
You all look like a bunch of people aruging with some graffiti on a wall.
Yes maybe the graffiti is inflamatory or incorect, but will talking to it
really help?

Zandorfa was the perfect example of being personal.

AW is a business, they are not obligated to act as a government or be free
and open. That is the thing with businesses, they are not obligated to do
anything for you, or allow you to have a say in their business, Now if you
owned a large quantity of stock, that's a different story.

Now unless AWI is abusing you physically or mentally, I suggest you drop the
issue now, because you will get nowhere.

Hi everyone:

[View Quote] Thanks Baro for that little reminder about OE. :-) I've added TheLady to
my list of....ONE person (WARNING: Any attempts to use a different email
will only result in more blocks). I've also taken her out of any old
messages too. :-)

But SERIOUSLY TheLady....YOU NEED HELP!!! I dunno if it'll take a raid on
your home by the FBI as was the case with now FORMER porn star Traci Lords,
who's now a famous author and aspiring legit actress, but SOMETHING will
eventually force you to STOP BURYING YOUR HEAD IN THE SAND & GET HELP!!!

So, why not get help NOW *BEFORE* you get into a situation where you're
FORCED into it??? It'll make it A LOT easier on the rest of us....

Then again....Maybe I *am* talking to a bot. Maybe *I'm* the one who needs
help....... (I sure hope not)

Cheers for now :-)

sort of response which is equally illogical (if not more so). Just wait....

Hi everyone:

[View Quote] I'd have to agree with Bowen here. Now Live365 OTOH is one of THE BEST at
listening to THEIR community (I ought to know because I used to be part of
it fore the better part of 3 years before I left due to some pricing issues
and I moved over to SHOUTcast).

They weren't perfect by ANY stretch of the imagination, but they're WAY
better than AWI IMO.

Cheers for now everyone :-)
