You were never denied credit for having created your bot.
You were never denied being able to use the bot in another world.
I never made any suggestions or claims that I owned NewYork world.
I never "trashed" an object path, although I did delete the objects that I
had created from PAs object path, which were subsequently returned from
copies PA had. At that time that I did that, it was already several weeks
after PA had removed my Caretaker, ED, PS, eject, and building rights, and
refused to reconcile.

got done with her OP she couldn't even use it, you deleted textures she had
made among many other things. You also thought you had the right to use
Xena's back drop she made in BW that you finally took down last week that

made for her world. I don't know how many times you need to be told this

You have a right to your 2 cents worth...
But We both saw FriendPA have to go into the ER of the hospital recently
for what appeared to be a major heart attack brought about by EXTREME
STRESS. And most of that STRESS was caused by Just In's crazy thing
of SUEING FriendPA for all the objects he FREELY made for her & Uploaded
to her Object Path...
And since Just In had been HARRASSING FriendPA for over 6 - 7 months now
and that EXTREME STRESS was taking it's toll on her health and her world...
Well.. We could not sit idily by and do nothing...
We had asked Just In to cool it. Even temporary cool it...
He would not. So the time had come to take STRONG MEASURES...
And Chuck TOOK EXTREME STRONG MEASURES...
In my opinion... Maybe a little TOO strong. But it had possitive effects..
Just In has QUIT HARRASSING & trying to SUE FriendPA now... And has even
left AW...
And now FriendPA's health is getting better now that a HUGE MAJOR STRESS
from Just In is now GONE and hopefully forever.
And if everyone in NGS land had known the REAL REASON why Just In was
doing this [I knew that reason from chatting with Just In & in Emails]
then all of you might have kicked his sorry butt a long time ago...

EVERYONE involved has told their side of the story. Anyone that is/was going to take sides already has. There is no need to continue this.

If I see anyone post anything about what someone else did or didn't do to someone else in this whole NewYork/Broadway thing, I will filter them. No exceptions. I normally don't do this, but I won't make exceptions for people this time. This has gone on long enough and I am sick of having to look through everyone's crap about it. I'd be glad to have conversations with all of you on other topics, but if you can't at least leave this out of the newsgroups, I'll have to filter you.

I know Just In is an excellent builder & object creator...
I've seen his builds and they deserve all the CY awards there are
BUT i happen to know the real reason why Just In was doing his nasty
deeds to FriendPA... And it had nothing to do with the SUEING FriendPA
for the objects. But I have chosen NOT to disclose that info
for everyione to read as I am indeed trying to HELP Just In in a small
way. For me to disclose that REAL REASON... You nice kind people might
never allow Just In back into AW ever again. You will only have to guess
what that reason is... AS I do not intend to disclose it.
The fact that he was SUING FriendPA for stupid reasons is enough
to stand on it's own merits without me telling everyone
the REAL reason behind his crazy thinking. And what Chuck did...

There is no justification for Chucks Party and JFK2 using illegal acts -
extortion, slander and harrassment to effect a result, and if Chucks Party
was suspended for putting over 50 signs linking to his slander from one end
of Broadway world to the other I think he got off lightly.

The situation Chuck and JFK were trying to avert was my legal action against
FriendPA, which was a legitimate recourse. They fail to acknowledge that it
was JFKs harrassment that led me to send emails to FriendPA asking her to
intervene, and then ultimately start the copyright legal action, which in
this case was a letter of demand. Like... big deal! A letter of demand!
JFK still did not stop, so I had PK assistance to stop him (yet he is still
harrassing me via the newsgroups). It was a couple of days after then that
Chuck posted his slander for the first time.

Finally, for those bothering to read this thread still, for Chuck to suggest
I am a threat to the AW community (or anyone in it) based on a presumed
sexual preference is slanderous. Furthermore, my preferences are my concern
and not open for public comment.
