Oh little stroke how mighty you are
to silence Eep from afar!!!
Just one keyboard stroke or two
used by all but a few does so much to irritate
quick Eeep Run!!! before it's too late!
see these strokes !!!! my how so fine
how Eeep can be irritated by one such line
Dear Myssie writing in her style
Made poor Eep run a mile
Mayhaps we have found the key
Use the Myssie mark !!! for all to see
Once its used beware though folks
the kind of blokes like Eep will cry
Poor Grammar!! and begin to bitch
at the writer like an itch
Eep grow up and let things be
let people write for all to see
You are no literary critic of which i know
so chill man and let it go
Myssie - you are one lady
that we all know aint shady
Keep writing hunny in your style
cause in doing you have caused us all to smile
Aplogies to all who do write poetry, but thanks Myssie *hugs*

A lot of people fail to notice that if you post something logical and valid,
Eep will not "flame" your post.
And you call yourself a therapist? LOL

Anal Retentive - The mark of a true Quality Assurance person. *chuckle*
Actually, I've noticed that if you post something logical and valid,
especially if it concerns Eep's actions, he just filters you. *smirk*
Then again, his filter has a hole in it, so that threat is no longer
valid, I guess. :)

Sorry to sound a bit Eep-ish on you, but how do you call this a poem? :) It
rhymes, but there is no structure at all. And if it was meant to be free
verse, it isn't even in Iambic pantameter. I doubt this is a haiku or
limerick either. Did I miss any other poetry styles? *boggles* :P Sorry,
poetry unit in english class is leaving me trying to analyze anything that
rhymes or non-essayish.
Not that it's anything bad or anything, but I just felt like saying
something to this. :) Plus, Eep is going to lose his mind over this. I'm
sure he took enough creative writing classes to go insane with this...thing.
:) jk.
Nornny
PS, how in the world do you have the life or time to write a more than one
verse on Eep of all people?! :P I hope this was whipped up in a few minutes
rather than something you spent your whole social weekend on. :)

Free verse doesn't need iambic pentameter - hell, it doesn't have to have
iambic anything, it can go with any meter. See the word free? Besides,
poetry is worth however long it takes no matter what the topic, especially
one as intelligent but unintelligent as that one. Some people never took
poetry, you know. I'm taking it now. Right now I'm babbling. I got out on
Christmas vacation. I'm not taking poetry RIGHT now, I'm typing right now.
Poetry is fun, deal with it, don't critic it. Author was good. Poem was
good. Witty, I suppose you'd say. Thread it together. Fun. This must be
getting boring. A fun poem for any of you who bothered to wait this long
through my mindless writing.... read the whole thing, don't give up because
it sounds like such drool as the poet even claims it is.
"How to Treat Elves"
by Morris Bishop
I met an elf man in the woods,
The weirdest little elf!
Sitting under a mushroom tall-
'Twas taller than himself!
"How do you do, little elf," I said,
"And what do you do all day?"
"I dance 'n frolic about," said he,
"'N scuttle about and play;
"I surprise the butterflies 'n when
A katydid I see,
'Katy didn't!' I say, and he
says 'Katy did!' to me!
"I hide behind my mushroom stalk
When Mister Mole comes froo,
'N only jus' to frighten him
I jump out 'n say boo!
"'N then I swing on a cobweb swing
up in the air so sigh,
'N the crickets chirp to hear me sing
'Opsy-daisy-die!'
"'N when I play with the baby chicks,
I call them, chick chick chick!
'N what do you think of that?" said he.
I said "It makes me sick."
"It gives me sharp and shooting pains
To listen to such drool."
I lifted up my foot, and squashed
The God damn little fool.

OK, I don't wanna be like Eep either, I don't like Eep either, but can you
STOP flooding the news with stuff targeted at him?! it's pretty annoying to
get lots of posts about something I don't care about, since I allready KNOW
that Eep is playing Newsgroup-police (I'm trying to not).
Thank you for stoping.
Merry Christmas

True, but most poems are written with the form of 10 syllables either
stretching one or a few lines. It's even in the way we speak so it's hard
not to write a free verse without it. :P I suppose you can and get away with
it, the content is really the flow and bloodwork of a poem anyways, like
yours for example. :) And poetry is a form of art, meant to be enjoyed and
critiqued, just like any other art. You interpret a poem your own way as
with any piece of poetry. :) Take your poem for example. I enjoyed it a
bunch, but it is a depressing poem when I look at it, even if it was meant
to be jollyful and farcical. :)
I just don't see writing poetry for fun, if the intent of the poem was to
bash someone. :) I just see it as poetry to let out your vengeance and need
for revenge. That's not poetry, especially one of that nature. There's a big
difference between yours and hers in the form of poetic expression, even
though you can see both as "bashing". :)
Wishing everyone a delightful Winter Solistice (just a day away),

(is that politically correct? i know a group of people celebrate it, but i'm
not sure if it's a national type of holiday or religious. I'm half Catholic
and half Buddhist (laymen's term: atheist) so I wouldn't know. :/)

I didn't write the poem, Morris Bishop did. You can tell it isn't mine
because all my poems are straight-out depressing. Winter Solstice is not a
holiday, it is a geographical date (like the first day of summer)
