LOL..
Well at the moment it seems like this thread will continue!... At least people have enough sense to censor their words, many think that they wouldn't do the same with Custom Avatars.. Go figure ;-) [View Quote] > wow! this is the logest line of replys i have seen yet! > this is a historical moment for me fluxenNov 27, 1998, 1:12am
Pls don't screw up the art of flaming by making a worthless analysis. Thx.

Indeed. But then you don't want people to show up in a scuba-diving suit.
> >Also, the eject command still works...if you do happen to see a random >offence to your ocular organs you can just zip em outta there. And that >idea from grover about banning their URL's...genius! Why? Why? WHy banning people? Just make sure they can't do anything you don't want in your world. People who don't like your rules should go away and start their own wordl with their own rules. I really hate the idea of kicking and banning. Why? because few ppl in here like to find in the power of brutal force they may
be given a compensation of the power they can't afford in RL. See them speaking of it drooling at the thought of it. Big thrills!! Maybe they could just eject themselves, if they really need to soothe some basic instinct. cubicNov 28, 1998, 10:33am
Is THAT the best argument you can come up with? :-(
Like that proves anything at all... You sound like a little child! Besides; i agree with Klassi; If Roland says custom avatars going to happen, what reason heave you *not* to believe that? Well?? Maybe Roland doesn't have the final decission. But if he says yes and you say no; I'd believe HIM. Like *you* know it all. [View Quote] cubicNov 28, 1998, 10:37am
So??
You wish to go back to no tourists? Wow yur arrogant! You may be longer in Aw than a lot of others, but you don't sound like a real *citizen*. You talk like you wannabe left alone. Then what the heck are you ding in aw!?!?! Maybe you should try 3dstudio. There you can build whatever you lik, faster and better and absolutely *nobody* will come bother you... As a world owner, I tend to agree with Deans point of view. When I go world
hopping, I enjoy being able to check out the owners selection of avatars and a lot of worlds have designed their avas to go with the theme of their world. I can't imagine a bikini clad "babe" or a guy with a maple leaf covering his private parts running around in Outland. Just wouldnt .... fit the theme :)) If citizens select to use their own custom avas, and decide to not go into a world, or leave a world simply because the owner has turned off an option for custom avas, well, then they could be missing a great experience in a world that could be quite exciting with much to offer :)) I would prefer to see an option for the owner to turn on or off custom avas :)) Fyrene [View Quote] > Dean, first off I think you need to just calm down a little, c'mon man, > breathe...IN and out...yes that's it .. relax ... your freedoms aren't being > compromised yet, so just chill on the revolution. > > Ok next, I think custom avs should be aloud in any world, why? Then maybe we should all do as I have done and email Roland expressing our
dissatisfaction with such a decision. Maybe if he gets enough emails about the subject, he might be preesured to change his mind. Or, Cryonics or whoever might relent. Who knows? It is worth a try. [View Quote] [View Quote] cubicNov 29, 1998, 8:35pm

All that may do is hold up Custom Avatars from happening, wait till we get them then
push for changes...Pushing first will just end up shelving the project, think it has been a year so far, push and try for changes before the event and kiss Custom AVs goodbye till 2001. I totally agree with Klassi here, cust avs will get put off if there are a
lot of problems with it. Once it is in, there is often a high chance of getting custom modifications implemented. [View Quote] fluxenNov 30, 1998, 6:59am
