Has anyone heard that 3.4 was made the same time that 3.3 was being made? I
have been hearing from numerous people that 3.4 will be out very soon?

I've heard that 3.4 will be out soon, yes. It has some nice features too :)
One of which is equally as impressive as the terrain ;)

Yes an aw employee happened to come into my world but all he said was that
it had some very cool feature for world owners.

Hehe, I'll tell you those walls around the world should be removed in 3.4..
and something really nice I've been wanting for a while is being added. (or
so they say) :)

yup JP came into icandy the other day too and told us that 3.4 beta should
be coming out in a couple of weeks, didnt say much except that wall being
removed and possibly weather features being added (poor awteen trying to
keep thor up with the times ;-) )...I was talking to someone who heard
something about being able to see everyone's names in the world if it's set
on, or maybe added to the rights list too :O hope to see it come out soon

You do realize "soon" in AWC terms is not for another few months, if that.
:)) There's always some nice features in new versions, that's a given. We'll
just have to see what they are. They've never implemented a bad thing in a
numbered version. (To my knowledge, no more tourists feature was added
before 3.3, really). I'm looking at January, hehe, but in any case, there's
just so muc hyou can do with 3.3, why are you looking so far ahead? :)

You might want to read the techtalk log from yesterday. Shamus mentioned
that 3.4 will come out in 'stages' and the first stage should be in a couple
of weeks and will fix some of the known bugs like the seq one.

I hope the walls are an OPTION (default is off)....becuase i do see the
reason in them and they are helpful in some cases. Say you turn on terrain
and people keep falling off the edge of the world. They are good in that
case but bad when you have a repeating ground and want to be abel to walk
past it. Perhaps its an option but caretakers can go by it regardless.

its part of the 3.4 festure list...its not just some world he went into that
had new features magicly >:) and plus you wouldnt be abel to see 3.4
features in a 3.3. browser
