I've telegrammed and sent him an e-mail over a week ago and have yet
received no reply. He owes me a P-50 world. Anyone know where I can
reach him?

I'm sure he already knows that, smarts. Try emailing directly to
support at activeworlds.com and/or cof at activeworlds.com, Builderz, they can
wake him up, usually kellie will read those, jp sometimes reads the customer
service one, cof, however.

Normally I am patient about things such as this, Andras. But Flagg was
supposed to contact me over three weeks ago. The least he could have
done was sent me back a reply such as "I'm busy, will talk to you later"
or something.

yea a useful thing they could have would be when you sent him an email, an
autoresponder came back with what place you were in line. That way you would
know how long it would be before he would reply back to your email instead
of always wondering and you getting mad.

Dont ya just love how things work between citizens and AWI? Whole differnt situation to a normal company granted by the software itself. In a normal company if something is not satisfactory you stage a small protest or something aganist it, maybe 5 or 6 people will learn about it, you think something isnt satisfactory in AW and the entire customer base knows about it in hours. *LOL*
