I'm trying to come up with a good example of artsy porn... but the only thing that
comes to mind are strip clubs that don't allow women to get naked.

Believe it or not, one could CONCEIVABLY do it on a remote part of
AlphaWorld where you're MILES from ANY town (or road for that matter!) in
ANY direction. :-)

Actually there is.... it's called erotica from the Greek "erotika" deriving
from eros, meaning love. It is defined as: literary or artistic items
having an erotic theme or quality
vs.
pornography coming from the Greek "porno graphos" - meaning the "writing of
harlots" - defined as: the depiction of erotic behavior (as in pictures or
writing) intended to cause sexual excitement 2: pornographic material
the distinction is fine - and often in the eye of the definer, but none the
less, there's a difference between pornography, soft and hardcore, and it's
"artsy" sibling, erotica.
