Doesn't matter if they are SW City staff or not. Someone had to tell them
the link and they (possibly one or more person) decided to spread it. Fact
is, one of the people the log was originally intended for decided to give
the link out. Yep, I'm careful when I speak or write.

Most of AW doesn't care either way. Seiya has decided to bring the argument

of any kind... We try to keep AW a family enviroment Please Have respect
Please remember we May Have Children in here
With respect to the GKs, this is the most ridiculous thing I have
heard...what draws people to AW is the debates and discussion. I agree with
the no profanity, racial, etc. but stultifying religious discussion and
debates are horrible censorships...while AW doesn't have to comply with the
US free speech amendment, this is a bit overboard in my opinion and doesn't
reflect well on new users.
I am personally offended by the restriction on religious discussion...
Mar 14, 2003, 1:09am
Out of control debates...mute is better than eject. Why can't they encourage
mute instead of banning free speech?

That is correct. Hence why I don't argue that AWI has to permit anyone to
talk about whatever they want - but GKs going through saying "You can't do
this" isn't exactly right and welcoming in my opinion. AWGate is the Gate to
the Universe - do we show there that we don't want people to debate topics
of interest?
I don't visit AWGate but my concern lies in the new visitors to AW...I don't
think GKs should be over dominant.

AWDebate is open to tourists, but what's the point of debate if nobody is in

It's not really the debate *itself* that is the problem...it's the

Being under censorship isn't "positive" or in any way "productive" in my
opinion. I mean, a tourist asked one simple question about Iraq and got
jumped at. There really was no debate or any of that involved. Seriously, do
