I have A simple AFK bot up ready for the web upload stage, ut I'd like to add another feature to it. The following scenario is what I need to occur: User selects name of afk person from the list of AFK people, in the UI. That name is stored under List1.Text. Then, the user enters their whisper message in the approatly named text box, & clicks the command button captioned "whisper". The text of the text box is then stored in a vairable, & the text from that vairable is whispered to the person , who's name is stored in the list1.text vairable. I have tried using the following code, but all I get is a type mismatch error. I assume that this is because the whisper command needs to send an avatar session (integer/long vairable) to ustilize as a target for the whisper. Can anyone PLEASE help me out here? How do you find the name of an avatar in a database? I am using data controls, & my bankbot can add accounts, but not find accounts. Data1.Recordset.FindFirst "Both = 'sdk.awAvatarName'" Does not work, for I get a NoMatch=True vairable, so it returns the first record in the database. I have used Who's script to save an area of tourist stuff, & have converted it to my cit number (315942) How can I make the surveyor part of the xleagot rebuild it, at a different location? When I use the build tab, althouh it says 72 out of 72 objects on the success list, I can't find them in aw. Please help me out. Unfortunatly, when I enter the transfrom coords, & press build, xelagot
states under the list tab that the objects have been built, but clearly they have not. Hambot locks up everytime I use it to build with, so forget that, & Ima Genius has no saved project ressurection bots ethier. I need an xelagot script for my online game in alphaworld. All I need is for it to be a vairation of the original laser tag bot, but it will shoot at a user that comes within a certain distance of it, & that when shot, it will not shoot at anything else for a certain time period. There needs to be more than 1 energizer (Laser Tag bot dosen't allow this:) ), & it will not shoot at other bots. I know that this is a lot to ask, but with out this my online game will not function! Now (Comment directed towards the arrogent markaveli) That I have read the OFFICIAL AW C++ sdk pages, & figured out how to create commands that execute upon the exit of a user, how do you remove the name of the avatar that left from a list box?? I have made my K bot (Self-Made) beep & add the new avatar name to a listbox. But how do you remove the name from the listbox upon avatar departure? Now (Comment directed towards the arrogent markaveli) That I have read the OFFICIAL AW C++ sdk pages, & figured out how to create commands that execute upon the exit of a user, how do you remove the name of the avatar that left from a list box?? I have made my K bot (Self-Made) beep & add the new avatar name to a listbox. But how do you remove the name from the listbox upon avatar departure? I created a bot, & it's supposed to do the following: every second, to display the date & time on a sign in the world beta. It says that the object has been changed, but it has not. How do you find the name of an avatar in a database? I am using data controls, & my bankbot can add accounts, but not find accounts. Data1.Recordset.FindFirst "Both = 'sdk.awAvatarName'" Does not work, for I get a NoMatch=True vairable, so it returns the first record in the database. If I take away the the quotes, I get a Jet error. I know how to do this in SQL, but how can I utilize SQL with the data control? ANY RELEVANT SUGGESTIONS WELCOME! Sincerly, Barbarossa (315942) P.S. To all avid AW Users that frequent to the world Mars,
What happened to the texture on the signs, the tec objects, & wallc3 & all other dervivitives/relations of that object. That wood texture is the texture that I use the most. Now all of my buildings have white on them inplace of that awesome wood texture. Can anyon relieve me of my texture history ignorance (Unconcious ignorance:o). I desperatly need to know what happened to it. I have aw 3.1 , the .jpg texture worked fine in aw 3.0 .
