AWGate could do with a bot that throws people from GZ if they enter at 0n 0w
0a 0 0t and deposits them at some random position facing in towards GZ but
so theyre not crushed on anyone else...
If you first enter.. looks like your graphics cards broke with all the av
inners being rendered.

Class 3 is an annoying little pest, 1 time he started spamming me with
telegrams about completly random business, and when I blocked his telegrams
his PK bot appeared and decided to say hello as well..

Ah the good old days of AWST, AWCA, AWA and ye old Starscape...
Seriously unless you know what your doing trying to do things like track
down stolen cits etc is suicide... Let me give you an example...
Back in the days of AWTrainer for everyone, there was various organisations,
100 or so set up by James Kirk (Remember him Leaf?) which basically were
based about having a top secret dominion base with a bot that ejects
everyone who goes within 100 metres of it... and there were others, and the
idiots decided that they would try and stop AW hackings and such, and stop
people using Cracked Browsers.... fat lot of good they did, most of them got
took out themselves by a few people who knew more than most... and of course
there was always some idiot who decided to go after Sleepy or Gav (and no, I
dont mean Calpantera! ;))
Almost every single 1 of these orgs got destroyed by some way, PPW theft,
cits being dissabled and so forth, was about the same time I had the
Starscape team and the elite core which were all equiped with enough 'tools'
to put a serious dint in absolutly anything, site to site click
teleportation programs etc, you know the stuff.... And It went well, but I
sure as hell made sure, noone got on that team who didnt know what they were
doing, at the first sign of anyone abusing the tools they were given by
various spies and such they were out...
We had the battle with AWA where we ended up having a huge battle using bots
which was eventually won when Rex Fenris retired, a good chap but really
needed to go back to reality and be productive there...
During this time quite a few special security teams were getting involved,
PK spies in different things, I am not 100% but I do believe Class 3 was
highly involved in that...
The moral of the story is, if you go trying to act like a wannabe SRT
without having some serious sort of firepower you can only expect to get
anihalated in 1 way or another, its like playing with fire.

There were 3 people, Mr X, Mr Y and Mr Z...
"So Mr X", said Mr Y, "Why are you called Mr X?"
Mr X turns to Mr Y and says "My Wife, she always says when I make love to
her, I make love like in an X rated film!"
"Interesting... interesting indeed" says Mr Y, turning to Mr Z....
"Why are you called Mr Z", said Mr Y...
"Well erm.." Said Mr Z... "My Wife, she always says after we have made love
I always end up being the first one catching Z's"...
"Truley remarkable..." said Mr Y....
Mr X looks at Mr Z and exchange eye contact, then both glance at Mr Y....
"Why are you called Mr Y?", they said in unison...
"Erm... well its really interesting, I have no idea you see, its my wife!"
Said Mr Y, "Before we make love whenever she takes down my pants, she just
goes all upset, looks at me, puts her head in her arms and starts crying
"Why oh why oh why""

Yeah... someone is seriously playing hell, your PPW will have been stolen
most likely....
Rick.... its time to take M a t t to court mate, you cant seriously expect
your customers to feel safe in your environment if you dont take action when
its needed....
And as for Panther and I... I know what he has against me, my bots Protect
AWNewbie and I countered most of his crap in AWTeen... as for Panther, no
idea why he would say that? Over to you panther if your on here?

The ONLY way to do it with any PPW is by using the mother of all exploits
which only Sleepy E has, the Tunnel exploit.

Hence 'Which Only Sleepy E has'
^^^^^
I know Sleepy would never give out anything of that, he wouldent even tell
me how it worked on Andras' NG, lol

A good programmer? Someone can do that using just the example project.

Oh, btw...
The fields you are talking about are just fields where a character mask is
used instead of the font, but the text is still taken and is stored in the
same way as all other text boxes, and can be retrieved though DDE or
GetItemDlgText (MFC thingy) or a RAM equivilent, I think the reason you cant
do this in AW is because it sends a string of * of the length the password
is?

Your right of course, these bots do sound scary, but then again the same
goes for any program you use, anything you download and any Macros that you
run on your computer...
People need to, and most do, that operating systems do not posses the
intelligence needed to do things like detect viruses etc. Some good
anti-virus programs have the 'bloodhound' feature which looks for pieces of
code that could be a virus or trojan, by looking though the binary data of a
file before it is run and looking for things like DLL references (for things
like Kernel32.dll Keyloggers), but allot of systems don't have this...
As for bots in AW, you have to be very careful due to 1 fact, unless your
bot happens to be running though a certain illegal program with logging set
to full, you have absolutly no idea what a program is doing under normal
situations, some you can run in dissasebmly and see certain calls, like wipe
all objects __aw_imp type things...
But thats not always the case, how do you know the bot isnt going to appear
in some random part of a public world with its name as your priv? (Hint: Use
special characters) or just pop into the hackers world instead and say the
password out loud? Oh, and don't forget that almight bollocks up, the
programmer accidenly adding using the privilege password string for
something like bot name, world, etc).
But seriously, if your careful you won't have this problem. Bots like
Xelagot, Preston, Magsbot, Chazbot, ChatRelayBot etc are all perfectly safe
as far as anyone can work out, and their owners are trusted people who put
their bots on trusted websites. Some people have to take risks with things
like Beta bots, but they have to accept they may have problems with the
bot....
Just remember, be a paranoid and you stand a better change (I run 3
firewalls, 1 encrypted proxy, 2 pieces of Anti-Virus with auto update every
6 hours, packet sniffers, decompilers, cyphered disks, always-on Windows
Update etc) and I still don't think im 100% safe, on the other hand if you
use say Windows straight out the box you might as well take a sledge hammer
to your Hard Disk's).
Anyway, im sure I've scared you enough, just be careful :)

Sleepy Es Priv was via the AWProxy, Logging in with a privilege password is
client based, ie: only the Browser dissables it as a tourist, with direct
access to the protocal you can use it regardless.
