Hey, i made a bot some time ago that locks a user in his/her place by
issuing AW_TELEPORT every millisecond, it worked in 3.0, but now in 3.1
it causes the browser to crash if you have a peice of crap PC... (it's
not that bad, Pentium 2, 96MB RAM, MMX) But it does bomb me even on my
Pent 4, 128MB RAM, TNT2 sometimes...

Simple way to place objects in cells

Oct 19, 2005, 10:14pm
I can't think of a way to put objects in cells that are terrain edited. The
heights vary but from what i've seen of the terrain query sdk functions its
pretty difficult to do this kind of thing. If anyone has done it, in VB or
C, i would highly appreciate some help. Email me at gsgage at gmail.com

New AW programming site

Mar 23, 2006, 12:03am
Hello everyone. I have decided to start up a site for teaching the AW SDK to
new users of AW. The sdk is a big reason I use AW and I think there should
be a more integrated community of programmers. I'd appreciate any help I can
get. I need the following:

- Web programmer(s)
- Moderators for forums
- Graphics designers
- Tutorials to put on the site, i will put up some for a simplified version
of the greeterbot from the AW SDK site, but other than that, not sure what
else to put up.
- Anything else you'd like to give, it would be appreciated.
- Donations are appreciated extremely, you will get a special rank on the
forums. (we will be using IPB)

email me if you'd like to talk, i rarely start up outlook express..
gsgage at gmail.com

You can also contact me in AW if you'd like, though i'd prefer email at
first.

Thanks,
Zedle
