new comamdns for the activate feature;

activate telegram *citnumber r name*

EX;
Activate telegram Crazy PiLLs

would start a telegram that would have the paramater of Crazy PiLLs put in
it, and for tourist it would make a popup or sumtin saying you need to be a
cit.

also;
activate text "text"

activate text "crazy PiLLs RULEZ"
would paste text into the chat widnow when clicked, mostlikely for the
particular person only who clicks

Err -the whole point of being a citizen is so you can utilize things like
telegrams lol

lol umm where does it say tourist can use it? this is so when ur a cit u can
click a sign with the said code, and it will popup one, and you can
predefine text too, so that its name and text therefore if you want soemoen
to say telegram crazypills to apply, it will have a premade form, thats
blank and they fillin and hit send

you would need quotes on the cit name if its two words or more or else
browser will think it is annother paramater or whatever
activate telegram "Crazy PiLLs"

and about the text command.. oh dear god let it be shown in that user's
browser ONLY.. or else we would have massive flooding happenin up in dare..
and it should be a seperate color so it not mistaken for regualr chat if the
sentence is formated that way, aight yall?
