You know how bots can see the object number?
Can this number also be put on the object properties box somewhere?

I wonder if this idea could somehow be expanded to allow you to choose which objects out of a group of selected objects, to apply changes in each of the property fields to, or something like that. Just a thought.

would be a good thing for all to see the number that way if we need to use
it for games and stuff we don't have to log a bot in to scan the area to see
it.
Some bots rely on that number to ID certain objects that it uses for the
games.

the thing about it is that every time you change the object, the object
number changes... how most people detect specific objects is through object
names, or tags :-)

Yes I know.
But some bots need that number and the user must find some way to get that
number.
Most bots that need that number are programmed to give it to you if you
click the object.
But some don't do that and you have to bring another bot that can see the
numbers and scan the area to find out the number.

yeah, generally speaking it's just plain easier for a bot to do all that
with an object name, since the number changes every time you change the
object
