ActiveWorlds should have two types of "PPWs":
World PPWs (for world rights)
Build PPWs (for building)
you could set these up in the Citizen Settings so you dont have to worry
about Citizens messing up terrain and rights, or making "their own world"

Don't forget the third; "Bot PPW".

Since it's being split up, might as well get it all in.

egh... then I want someone to log in with My Bot rights AND Build Rights,
but no world rights... Go Figure.

I seen this asked before and I think its the best idea ever.

If someone wants to use your PPW it sends you a popup message asking you.
Citizen (name) (number) wants to use your PPW yes or no.
If yes, for how long (set time length)

I also seen this asked, right click the name on the contact list and add
this right to the rules of that citizen

I think allow custom management for each person:

ABC on my ppw
Share CT in Tintagel
Share Build,Special objects in Oblivion
Share Bots
