They should make a chatlog program with login citizen name and password and
copy&paste and they should make it with no ways to edit the chatlog or
delete any lines in it or using other program and copying and pasting it
into that program...

oh my god.....i just cannot believe you do not know that chat log programs
are for recording chat logs....C-H-A-T L-O-G-S

rather then doing it yourself people would make a bot log in and record the
chat on command instead or all the time...

OK then, let me tell you that AW MAKES CHAT LOGS. Sorry but I can't handle
people that tell me I'm stupid then don't realize that you can do it with a
click of a few buttons. And you can stop it very easily when you're done.
That is why I didn't understand why you'd need another program to do it for
you.

Well I guess his point is to have a program that edits AW's "code" if you
will do log it encrypted so nobody can edit it and possibly to another
format of file. Why? So poor PKs that are clueless on the real problem don't
get arguements with people saying "he/she edited his/her chat logs!"

the way I understood it it he wanted to let it allow the "owner" of the log
edit it... you'd be able to fake such a log nearly as easily as the current
unencrypted log... if ppl can't resist editing their logs that's just silly,
logs are meant to log stuff just for reference, when for example phone
companies are asked to present their logs as evience during trials they
sometimes even say themselfes that the log isn't failsafe...

Then use a bot, simple as that.. there's no need for another program to be
written when a bot can do it. Xelagot for example, they can make chatlogs.

it's about saving a chatlog when you need to like in notepad but the problem
is ppl can edit the log and add on to it.. when you really didn't say that
for an ex.

the program helps to make sure the log is trust with out editing the log in
the program this copy and paste but there is still a problem about it you
can like use notepad and edit the log and use the program to copy and paste
it with... so i don't think this program is really going to work out so
forget it lol sorry for posting that chatlog message it was this a little
idea

yes you are absolutly right...but a chatlog program could add a few extra
features, so you never know, it could actually be a good program

only folks with file-acces on your computer (or that would use a trojan or
something) would be able to change your chatlog... the problem is rather
that for example if a PK asks for a log you could edit the log as you make a
copy of the specific event's chat, the most secure thing is a world chat log
(in worlds owned by neutral ppl, but the PKs only operate in AWC worlds
anyway)
