Trial worlds revisited (Wishlist)
Trial worlds revisited // Wishlisttony mApr 16, 2001, 3:49am
I think that after a year past a citizen's trial has expired, one would
be able to re-apply for yet another trial. The way Vectorscape works is 2 months after a trial expires, or so the last time I looked. -- - Tony M (a.k.a Tony56) [tony at vrunited.itgo.com] "Through Cyberspace, we are Virtually United" "Points to Ponder: If con is the opposite of pro, is Congress the opposite of Progress?" ____________________________________________________________ wingApr 16, 2001, 8:24am
AW wouldn't sell as many worlds that way. It's all buisiness, theres no way that begging by us would get them to change their
buisiness practices that much. [View Quote] builderzApr 18, 2001, 10:42pm
I have to agree with Wing on this one. I do wonder if you can sign up
for a trial world using a citizenship you have gotten when buying a full world, however. Probably not because the address and other similar information would be the same (unless you entered in different information). If you want another world to just experiment in, try winning one in AWBingo, AWBingo2, etc. Builderz Stuff-X - Bot & World Hosting Services http://www.stuffx.com/aw/ [View Quote] the derekApr 19, 2001, 2:11am
you can get trial worlds with citizens from buying worlds... my cit(or the
expired one) was from someone elses world and one i have now is from mine ive had a trial world and i can have 2 more if i wanted... but that would be a waste right now... unless i wanted to test something but if you REALLY want another trial do what my brother does... when yours expires just buy a different one [View Quote] > I have to agree with Wing on this one. i'd like this feature.. even if it were 2 years.. i've been using AW since
1996, and used up my trial a few years back. i didn't like it, so didn't buy a world. now that there are numerous new features, i would probably buy a world if i got a chance to test drive one again. in regards to other peoples replies, buying a new account everytime you want a new trial isn't very efficient when you want to keep all your old property. -- Jacob Allred Allred Technical Services http://www.AllredTech.com/ [View Quote] |
