That's a pretty big generalization! I use tourist occasionally, because
I don't want to chat or just feel like being alone. If COF would remove those damn green checks, I might not use tourist as much. As for causing trouble....I can do it just as well as *Queen Bee*. :) [View Quote] > 1) Why do Citizens have the option of logging on as Tourists? > Citizens abuse that all the time. I have used it before when i have been showing the software to people and
they want to talk to chat. It is far less confusing talking to a person with a seperate identity than talking to someone using another person's established identity. Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit I just used it today to see how someone would rotate a "Hint" sign in Maze Madness. If I would have rotated it under my Citizen name the Hint sign would not rotate back to the hidden message position. When someone else (like a tourist) rotates it, it flips back to hidden after the person is done looking at it. Other than that I haven't used it. BTW, Maze Madness (just finished ... so it may have some flaws yet) is at 261.7N 270.5W 0.1a 180 in AW. Well, I HAVE used tourist in the past to check out building a complex
group of objects on the border of my property. So that I can see if the two different properties can flow into each other and blend together. But then there is becoming a tourist so I can hide my identity and cause problems... More than a generalization, it's stupid. Why should it cause problems for
citizens to be an undetected tourist, and not for a tourist to be .. a tourist? As to say once you pay to be citizen you shouldn't be able to turn into a tourist is like saying once you bought a bus ticket you aren't allowed to change your mind and go walking.
