Come see the new awnews // Community

Hello everyone :)
We think it's time for a new look on AWNews. Our Cover has been completely
rebuilt from scratch for a cleaner look and more intuitive layout.
The basis of the redesign is to give focus to the things most important on
AWN. There are still a few details we're working on to finish the change.
Give us a visit! http://awnews.org
We'd also like to announce that we're looking for a few new writers as well.
If you're interested in writing 2 articles (or column editions) per month,
your citizenship is on us! So look for details on http://awnews.org/team
Thanks and we hope you enjoy the new look!

Weird.. OE opens C:\Documents & Settings\Josh when I click your first link.
Otherwise, good news.

I'm probably a bit biased, seeing as I designed the previous home page,
but the new design seems a tad... minimalistic. Maybe it just needs less
white space, but it feels kinda empty. :-/
Also, the date is very hard to read (gray on red hurts the eyes >_<).
Still, I know I harp on you a lot, but you really are doing a great job
with the site. Glad to see you continuing to carry the torch. :)

I certainly can't say I didn't intend for it to be simplistic. Thanks for
your comments Goob. :)

Cool ;)
Just one suggestion - know those gif based section title images? Make the
edges fade into the background color vs the hard edges. A bolder, perhaps
more spaced out font might be cool too.

I like it, but I agree with other comments in that it has too much negitive
space. It looks empty... too much white =X
