I feel that it is time that I speak to the news groups about something that
has been going on a long time in AW. First of all I would like to share with
all of you all the sights that I know of where you may download free objects

These are but a few of the thousands of sites with free objects for use in
AW, it is my hope that all of the world owers enjoy these sites and have fun
building in their worlds. Now as to the issue I would like to talk about. I
have been accused of taking these objects and reducing the polies in them
and telling people they were mine by Queen Ramelothis all started back when
her VR husband had her try to coerce me into reducing poly's on some things
that Pelican had given them , it was a clipper ship and a Cinderella
carriage , I reduced the cinderella Carriage for them but would not do the
clipper ship because I had seen it online and told them this later the
RaMels broke up over this and Pelican left AWand closed his world, I would
imagine to clear out all the things he was selling that he had gotten from
offline. There are many people in AW that know me and Have talked to me live
while I was modelling and they can tell you that if I convert something from
online and I (Give it Away) I tell the person it is going to that I did not
make the object. You see, converting things and giveing them away is not a
sham it is helping world owners who would otherwize have to pay exobatant
prices for them. Now, what is a problem is, Object makers taking these
objects and in many cases never even changing the names and trying to sell
them in AW. I do not sell my Objects , I give them freely to anyone who
wants them and I shall continue to do so as long as I make them. I have

That's one of the reason's I'll never pay money for objects. But I'm always
up for a fun trade! AW should just be a relaxing hobby, not some huge
stressfull business full of copywrites and rip offs and ego-tantrums.

I would like to thank you for finally saying what most dost say. These
practices you spoke of are very true in fact, and have been for a long time.
Some of the things people have been doing like selling downloaded objects is
immoral and illegal. Maybe now people will take more notice.

Free stuff and freedom.....

Isnt the world wide web wonderful ? It is full of wonderful things to
see, read and yeah even download it for free. Yess free ! While we have
to pay for almost everything in real life, the web is one of the last
resorts where things are really free.
Isnt that a thing that we all like, and hope it will remain so ?
Well if I would give somethin away for free only to find it for sale
later in some other place, that would really discourage me from givin
somethin for free ever again....
So yess Tallan, i agree with you 100 % somethin that was found for free
should be guven away for free again and not sold.... ok so far with
that...

Now for another thing. Backstabbing and fighting in aw...
A lot of people are doin or sayin stuff all the time that i could never
agree to or even kinda hate seein it happen....

but

....do i need to stand up because of that, entering the chorus of yellin,
sometimes cussin or even start revenging actions ?
I say no !! First its not worth all the stress. Second and maybe much
more important is, it makes our wonderful playfield Activeworlds lookin
like a sad and miserable place to others that are comin in the first time.
I love Activeworlds and all the wonderful things we can do in there and
i hope that other newcomers will do so too...
So what ? you might ask... well Activeworlds is big, really biiig.
So i take what happens just like i do in real life.
Yin and Yang, an old chinese philosophy tells us about the naturally
needed harmony of opposite things. All what is, ...must be... its a
natural balance. It is that what gives us the freedom of choice.

I like free stuff and i like freedom too !

So if i dont like somethin what i see somewhere i simply go to another
place (in AW or in RL) and create somethin opposite to make the freedom
of choice even bigger...

think of that... its worth it... lets enjoy this freedom together and
keep peace in the world. Please, please, please stop fighting whereever
a fight is goin on. I think that is the only way to make the virtual AND
the real world a better place.

Let me start out by stating the Cinderella Carriage was and will be 100% all
MINE... I have the step by step design as I went thru it. The clipper ship
never heard of it and would have never asked you to do anything on it. I
have never taken anyone models and modified it then claimed it to be mine

Recently I was in AW Teen and seen a very similar palm tree to the one that
you had claimed to be your own design and creation hmmm lets look at that.

You want to open this can back up recently many ppl have come forward and
spoke very ill of you and your "hosting" of their worlds how they would
create a model and suddenly it would appear in your world as a freebie or
slightly modified KT original BS.
I admitted my part in the theft of the space ship to all and u just carry it
on much like a grade-schooler. You want to keep it going fine then we will
bring out all the dirt and stuff we have heard and seen proven about you in
the last few months. You think you are the almighty Tallan guess what you
have more enemies than friends.
We did not realize how many you had until you like a big ol whiny baby cut
one of the nicest ppl off the radio station for what ... Veger attended a
party think about it you big baby.

We come to the gate now and then just to see what's up and you know Veger
stands there has a good time and you get in his face every time. Whether be
just standing in front of him or like last night copy and paste anything we
said.

Just an annoying child is all you are and ever will be...

BTW ppl that have their worlds hosted by Tallan should be careful of their
customs objects its been proven that they "disappear"

Why is my name coming up in this Tallan? Everytime I turn around there seems
to be a problem looming and you're the root of it. For everyone's
info....the Clipper ship is mine. I made it from scratch including the
textures.

is now copyright and royalty free.

Once again Tallan, you have succeeded in making yourself look ridiculous.
And, you have not heard the last of me.

hey Tallan,
Someone just told me you gave them a set of tunnels that were the rest of
Starheart's free set! If that's true, you're giving away other people's

People like you disgust me. Just because you were found in the wrong doesnt
give you the right to lie. I talk to TaLLan is voice chat all the time while
he is making objects. I happen to know exactly how he does it. TaLL will
never lie to you. If he says he made something then he did. If he converted
something he always had and always will tell you he did. In these cases
where you claim he steals objects, he infact is totally re-making the
objects from scratch. That means he basically does it from a picture.
Completly remade from scratch as a lower polygon object. In this sense its
like you seeing a carriage outside and building it in a modeler (which you
are too poor of a modeler to do) but that is besides the point). Either way,
he will not sell an object. I know you know this already, so why dont you
just accept it and stop pursuing lies.

Tallan creation
and BTW the never once told us he converted it
They are exactly the same other than Tallans having a block of something on
the bottom...

Maybe you should take a look around before YOU speak on something you
evidently know nothing about...

if you would get your head out of his a** once inawhile you would know
that...

Who told you that you have even a mere inkling of what i know or not. The
broadleaf palm model you speak of just makes you look even more like an
idiot. That model is from AWUniversity. The models branches were not
touching the top of the tree. TaLLan fixed it and did not say that he made
it. Oh btw, you might want to stop trying to reverse the situation by
claiming the wrong things that you are doing are in fact the correct things
TaLL is doing, and vise versa. Your digging yourself deeper and deeper, and
you cant hide it.

He led us to believe that he made it we have the original email for that...
Not one of the objects did he ever claim it was retextured or "fixed"
BTW without permission to do so is still wrong especially without informing
the person he is giving it to is what he did...

BTW Tallan lies to everyone proven fact over and over...
Voice chat does not allow you to see he is actually creating a model or just
modeifing someone else's (who's the idiot here).
My mind has been clear and at piece it was not me that started slammin ppl
without the full knowledge of the events that surrounded this fiasco.

The child like brain of a moron opened it up and we intend to close it for

Mel and I have sat back and taken it watched it and ignored it, We kept our
mouths shut and carried on with life in AW but now someone must be bored to
drag us in to this we are only defending ourselves from the idiocity before
it spreads.

Gotta love log files emails and whispers....we keep them all...we are not
the ones that shall worry nor faulter.

As for my modelling skills I never claimed to be great and you will never
know as my models are only for MY world something you will never see...
