Since MASSIVE post-price-hikes abandonments, many towns died out and so that
pretty much left the whole grounds to few superpowers and certain small
towns that are still running. Among them are:

SW City
R-Town
Phin County (although a bit quiet due to hicks8 being heck of busy for some
reason)
Hamsterville

Any other towns I've forgotten to mention?

The point is, many towns we've known for long time is now dead. Especially:

Pink Point Village, which has been in existance for long time until it
suddenly collapsed for some reason at some point in 2002 or two.

Goobertown (Somehow Goober failed to keep it running even if he ended the
operation of UTN (Universal Town Network). That reminds me... any news on
UTN deals, C P?)

Betaville by John Viper (Not sure if it closed down in post-price-hike era)

and many other prominent towns. :/

Dashtown by Berdasha though they sorta keep to themselves heh
Horizon City too I think. I see ol' sirqus every now and then.

R-Town is still alive though? I thought it "passed away" years ago.

Nope. The R-Town's Ground Zero's been updated recently with that globe
thingy. Many objects dated back to 2004, even September.

Oh yea, I have forgotten about Horizon City. Ok, so far:

SW City

Dashtown (although I haven't actually confirmed it myself since I can't find
any 2004 objects there)

well some awteen ones are alive, mine (unity city), and theres cloud city,
and theres alex's (Moonlight Heights)


and as far as the UTN its looking good, iv spoken with king, quite allot
latley, and i am hopeful i wil lget the permission to start it up again,
using his name :)(UTN)

Have the coords to a few in my list...

R-Town - 2159N 1536W
Horizon City - 7000S 14000E
Dashtown - 31614S 26149E 0.23a
SW City - 2217.4S 3609E though our website www.swcity.net is more
informative than the GZ is.

I never really considered it a "town", mainly because most people who have
built there have their own large area builds or towns.
I have always called it a "Gallery" of talented builders.

Lately though, since my RL financials have been lacking, I haven't been able
to put as much time into it as I had previously.

I am still looking for good builders to come and take up a plot.. but using
dial up rather stinks.
Best way to reach me would be to e-mail me (webmaster at bastillion.net) and
let me know the coords and a good date/time that we could meet up.

Clearfield (Mr. E's town) - AW 1308N 1096E

Sunnyville (Good Person's town) - AW 1374N 1119E

Blankaborg (BlankaM's town) Don't have GZ coords. handy nor do I know the
website address off hand (I know the info. is on my old HD though I do know
the website is on Geocities unless BlankaM just moved it).

I know BlankaM has been building in her town recently because I rode through
it just last night and noticed some of the objects were dated as late as
Sept. 2004 (Now if I can only get her to tell me what, if anything, she did
with those TVs I left for her to sprinkle throughout the Kalifornia Hotel
Hamsterville *HINT HINT BLANKA* I left you several grams and I think even a
couple emails over a period of MONTHS on the matter. :-)).
