want a world // Communitythe derekFeb 17, 2004, 6:34pm
i was wondering if anyone had an old world they arent using (current or
expired) that they would be willing to give (or sell) to me. I dont want to pay the liscense fee and i want an object yard world for the world i have and i think a 70 buck liscense fee for an object world is ridiculously ridiculous thanks bowenFeb 17, 2004, 6:40pm

Fine. $20? Maybe. $60-70... no wonder you're going to the poor house. the derekFeb 17, 2004, 6:48pm

I was talking about AW's income status, but paying for it will do just
the same. ;) jetta lewisFeb 17, 2004, 8:36pm
Hi, Derek, I don't know if AW will do it or not, but I have about 55 or 60
worlds that are no longer being used. To name a few you can have Hawaii or Arizona or Alaska or Australia. You are welcome to use this post as my permission to have any one of my unused worlds that AW will let you have. And assuming that no one is presently using any of the world names I purchased. For instance I was the original owner of the world Singles, but now I see that is back online with another owner. Good luck. [View Quote] wizard myrddinFeb 17, 2004, 8:40pm
I don't think worlds are transferable under the agreement. proberly can have
use of a world but will never be yours and can be taken back any time.. You could try to win one at bingo and save the $69.00 [View Quote] the derekFeb 17, 2004, 8:45pm
id never be the actual owner, and yes they could take it back if they
caught me not running it... and i suck at bingo. needless to say even though i dont want to pay the 70 bucks, if i havent at least heard of you, then i probably wont accept ur offer. I'm not sure about transfering ownership, but at one point I had 51 or 2
worlds running and decided to close all but 10. I offered all the worlds I was closing to anyone who wanted them. If I'm not mistaken about 15 or 16 worlds were transfered to others. I don't know if this applies now tho. [View Quote] wizard myrddinFeb 18, 2004, 9:39am
