It will HAVE to recreate the cache if you want them to stop replying to them after they
have been deleted, otherwise the deletions would be useless.

NO we bloody well don't!

Its bloody rediculous to even consider a re-index! Some of us don't have 2
hours to download everything again! Have a little consideration for EVERYONE
and not just those on T3 who couldent care less.
