For one reason or another you are all on my contact list, Sadly due to some RL issues right now I am forced to cancel my citizenship. I would like to say that you to all who worked for me, or whom I have worked for in AWTeen, and everywhere else. Maybe I will be back in a couple months once all this gets straightened out. The only reason I held on this long was because of my one true passion MiEC, but the time has come where I have to go :(. Thanks -Mod Yet another user leaves aw >_< --- D a n brockFeb 1, 2003, 12:53pm
It's not his fault.
From The AWTeen NG: Hello, AWTeen. For those of you who don't know me. I am Mod, some may know me as DarkMod, or just plain Tommy, but anyways. Here is the story. My unit has just been called active (National Guard) and they are sending troops over to Iraq, being as I just enlisted in the Guard not too long ago, and haven't went to basic yet, I can't be sent over until the summer, and even then it is unlikely being as I am still in school. Anyways, my training schedule just got a whole lot tougher. That's ok though. This made me realize. I don't have time for AW, and can't commit what I used to, to it. The only reason why I stayed this long was because of my dream. MiEC. I know there is some fresh blood out there who will be on AW for a few more years, who deserves a shot at the position, so as of today. I cancelled my citizenship, and it expires tomorrow. I will be on to check the ngs, and may pop in as a tourist now and then. Anyone who still wants to contact me and chat mod at darkbirdie.com. I have every messenger systems :P. Well that's it for the MysteriousBirdie. His time is over. -Cheers Tommy That is why he has to leave heh. -- Brock - 308723 AW 3.4 Build: 455 Brock at iceflare.net From Newbie Guide to the Newsgroup (4th Edition): "Brock - This dude with a 'tude isn't afraid to speak his mind, especially when it concerns others in his own age range. In other words, the perfect NG candidate." ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------- [View Quote] stecloudFeb 1, 2003, 5:50pm

If he's sending out mass telegrams to his contact list about why he can't go
on AW anymore, I don't think he's too concerned about it being kept private. *rooollsss eyes* -- - Syntax - http://www.swcity.net http://forum.swcity.net [View Quote] light formFeb 3, 2003, 3:03am
On the another note, FriendPA is also having to let her citizenship expire
in 19 days after "over 6 years in AW" Oh well... stecloudFeb 3, 2003, 5:02pm
But i'm quite sure not everyone here is on his contacts list. Best just not
to post things that youi are unsure about - you never know what other people want to be kept private or not. [View Quote] |
