Does anyone know the website that has AW Statistics on it? I neglected to
bookmark a website I came across about 2 weeks ago that had statistics like
Top 10 builders in AW on one of the pages. I was hoping to find it again.

I think you were looking for http://tangent.imatowns.com. Select a login
method, and there should be an option to see the top builders and such.
