A kid who is not taught a lesson grows up to become an adult criminal. Have you
not learned that? Why do you think they have tried juveniles as adults in many
cases? He was warned many month back yet continued because no one stopped him
in time... showing he has no remorse... I'll leave it up to the justice
system... they are educated and know how to handle juvenile criminal actions.

Like I said before, *I* won't *force* him to do *anything*. IF he is forced
to leave, it'll be through LEGAL means which *I* won't be the one to
excercise because I have NO REASON to do so.
Now, if that lands me on a few people's sh*t lists, then so be it because
that's just the way I feel.
Do I take any pride in asking someone to leave??? Of course not. And if
*I* were asked to leave, I'd really hate it, but I would do so. But
honestly, had it not been for his illegal activities, it would be sad to see
him go. But now, I won't even shed a tear. I'll wish him luck though (and
I *do wish him luck should he choose to leave), but that's it.
With that said, let's just drop this, okay??? No need to be at each other's
throats. And besides, we can always just simply agree to disagree and move
on (which I think we should do). Life's too good to dwell on only ONE
issue. :-)
Cheers for now my friends :-)

Insanity your a criminal too, you posted where i lived and my ip, I would
get you in court more then you would get me. Second you steal objects from
others ops and put them on yours. I comitted no crime, and trust me I am
right on that one. As for to make money outta it. LOL your an idiot to think
I would sell passwords. Sorry my friend but lies would never hold in a court

Most of your personal information is available to the public. Name,
birthdate, location, etc. It's the matter of what they do with that
information that makes it criminal or not.

First off, Nothing I posted was illegal information. I posted information that
would be useful to the community to stop you from further criminal activities.
As far as your ISP shutting you down, they should, you violated their TOS
agreement by conducting warez type of activity using their dial up services. As
for your criminal actions... I would suggest you speak with your parents and
hopefully they will hire a lawyer to advise you of the many criminal counts
which can come against you. As for proof... there are many, including PK's who
have the recorded logs of you attempting to sell the password data this past
February. These newsgroups have your confessions as well.
As for your false allegations against myself... You Lie, You steal... then you
try blaming an honest man for something he has NEVER done. That is a sign that
you have not learned anything and that you are not a good person at all.

Ya know what?
The term "kid" just grates on my nerves.
I prefer to refer to the younger generation as "young adults":)
YOUR QUOTE..." A kid who is not taught a lesson grows up to become an adult
criminal."
MY QUOTE..." A young adult who is not given a chance to redeem themselves
and be trusted by proving they have changed, learns to not trust others,
learns to not forgive others of thier actions, and becomes lonely"
:)

Correct Ananas except Dark Mod didnt steal those passwords himself and I
doubt even 20 police offciers would extract the actual culprit out of him.
I agree that even just passing them on is an offense, but when it actually
came to court, how much could Insanity really charge for Damages? How much
damage has really been done? And how much of it can he proove? Also Mod and
Insanity are several states apart, and Mod is only a teenager. The courts
would be likely to award no more than a few hundreds dollars, especially
taking into account Mods parent would be footing the bill and Insanity would
of paid more than double that to pursue the case.

once again you are wrong. I never was around anywhere with a pk talking
about op pws 1, 2nd I have seen logs of you talking in a world about taking
objects, and three you with every post comes against you you try to bring a
court of law in it when none of your allagations will never hold up as once
again, I did nothing illegal at all. Looks like your the one needing growing
up, maybe we should just end this post here and save the time and bandwidth.

your problem is you have this "knee-jerk" reaction to everyone that does something wrong in the world like they are all your

When your arguing with someone, by laughing at them and smiling in the same
sentence where you insult them, you come across as very patronising and
vain. Almost makes you look as bad as the person in the wrong since your
making such a point out of arguing your case.

There is a slight difference between you and me. I accepted DM's apology and I think he'll be a much better adult going through this ordeal than one ever can be. We are not GOD here and not the authorities to prosecute a juvenile, who's intention was clear and simple: he wanted publicity and appretiation (you would say he asked $$$ for the data - IMO it still fall into the "publicity" category - I doubt he actually wanted to make a living from it). In my book it can be handled much better than to call the FBI or the police on him. The way you handle the situation just destroys all effort the other people invest into discipline DM. I don't know when were you a child or have you have children but I still remember to those times and I have 3 children, who learn much more from a properly placed barriers and hars words than from calling the police on them. I can tell tho that you are living in the US where even a child can sue his/her parent if they use a "strong" discipline on them (see "slamming" or something like that) - a country which has more lawyers then doctors :(. There are a few of us in this NG who try to handle the situation in a humanly way and a few who are acting like a lonely frustrated adult who never had a child.
How do you think a young person can learn if not by try and fail? Isn't it the way the evolution goes?
Sure thing - there are laws everyone has to abide <sp?>, but we have to teach the young generation to those laws and not with "shoot first, ask later" method :(
I strongly ask you to withdraw your suit (if it even started) and act like a parent, not as a burocrat! That is the weak people's tool! Why don't you offer some education to him instead on international copyright law? You supposed to be the "pro" in this topic in this newsgroup.
As my last words: yes it takes me some time to repair the damage. Yes it takes some time to write some tools to make such action not easy to happen, but I accept the fact that the browser is not "thief proof" and I act according to that. Maybe I'm idealist, maybe I'm wrong but I have 3 children who grew up with those principles and I doubt you'll find any flaw in them <except they hate to do the dishes>.
