I read this closely. According to their updated price structure,
citizenships given with worlds will not be effected. So, on citizen renewal, you buy a 10/5 world <initial cost, $69.95 registration + $10 world fee, renewal at $10 annually>. Yep, maybe this whole thing is just so they can flood the worlds list even more.
