What news program would everyone suggest? I hate OE and I'm getting sick of
the little annoyences in Xnews. Any suggestions?

I agree with Goober. Netscape Messenger is a good alternative to MS OE.
I've been using it for a very long time and highly recommend it. OE is
plagued with security flaws.
