This link was given to me by Tony M. There are several parts during the clip where the editing is quite obvious - deriving 'arse' from 'arsenal', for example. I'm not trying to be anti-American here; I just appreciate good humor.

On the index, under 'Featured micro sites' you will see a picture of Mr. Bush. Clicking that picture will direct you to http://www.thesmokehammer.com/

There you will find a QuickTime video and several different formats of the audio clip. I'm guessing that that is the video clip you saw.

As to where Tony originally heard of the file, however, I don't know.

A kid in my business class (who hadn't been present for three months) was showing another kid the video version of the MP3. A small crowd formed & we were all watching (and laughing).
