Ok, i need a little bit of help. I would wait for AW to reply but there
reply speed isnt exactly up to scratch. Recently i got a Windows XP, and on the AW system requirements i looked at, it seems i have everything on there and mostly what i have is better. Now i have no doubt that my comp cannot be to powerful to run AW, but everytime i log on it reboots my comp. Im not sure why but thats what im asking you guys. Please could i have a little bit of help? P.S-Yes i do know i have posted this in two other places strike rapierNov 9, 2002, 5:53pm

Confused at what's happening? Basically your BSoD'ing XP style.
XP comes default with an "Automatically restart on System Failure" feature. What you want to do is go into your System Properties (Windows Key-Pause or Right click on My Computer and click Properties) Once in the system properties, click the Advanced Tab and the Settings button under the Startup and Recovery header. Under the System failure header, uncheck "Automatically restart." Next time you start AW, you should get a BSoD. Write down what the error is that your getting and post it up here...we'll see what we can do from there. :-) -- - Syntax - http://www.swcity.net http://forum.swcity.net [View Quote] |
