Block chat option in zones does not work.. can someone post this in the bug
reports please? i can't seem to do it.

Well i dont know what world you are using it in but if you have PS then you
can be heard within block chat, and whoever is in block chat can hear you.

I have had this problem but like two people are in a zone. Another person is
outside the zone they can still hear your chat.

If their visibility is low enough they do not see the zone, they will hear
you regardless.
