its got the most votes on the FeatureVote and has been suggested here MANY
times but it still isn't added, why?

Because AWI is extremely lazy perhaps? Several people have already posted
threads in the NG in the past year asking about whatever happened with the
feature vote. AWI has remained completely silent on this.

I can't see this being in any way hard.

The solution to any registry problems is scale the limit server-side (i.e.
scale the values in the registry.txt as well as in the .rwx)

yeah...it has...so why just continue and continue to suggest it. AWI doesn't
care they don't even read featurevote.
